【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、冷間圧接構造を有する気密封止ケースの冷間
圧接加工に用いる冷間圧接工具に関するものである。

加わるため水晶振動子の特性劣化を生ずる結果となる。

ふくらみが生じないため、取付面が平担形状となり腕時
計等の限られたスペースの実装に適した、気密封止ケー
スを得ることが出来る等、多くの効果を有する。

【特許請求の範囲】 1 平面底部、側壁部及びフランジ部を有する略皿形状
に絞り加工された気密封止ケース及びケース蓋を、冷間
圧接する工程に於いて、前記気密封止ケース及びケース
蓋のフランジ部を圧接すると共に前記気密封止ケースの
平面底部にも変形を規制するための加圧を行うことを特
徴とする気密封止ケースの製造方法。 2、特許請求の範囲第1項記載の気密封止ケース製造方
法に使用する冷間圧接装置に於いて上ダイス及び下ダイ
スとにより構成され、かつ前記上ダイスと下ダイスとに
設けられた気密封止ケース装填部に、前記気密封止ケー
スの冷間圧接時に生ずる変形を規制するための変形規制
部材を備えたことを特徴とする冷間圧接装置。
