Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 止めネジが挿通されるとともに該止めネジにより締
め付けられて端子装置の導電金具と圧接し電気的な接続
を行なう圧接部と、リード線と結合して電気的な接続を
行なう接続部とから成るネジ止め端子において、上記圧
接部は一対の弧状の腕部を有し、これらの弧状の腕部全
体をそれぞれ上記止めネジの軸方向の同じ向きに曲折す
ることにより、圧接部の外形幅Wを曲折前の同幅Wより
も狭<(w<W)なるように形成し、がっ、上記腕部の
外周縁が側面から見て下方に円弧状に膨出するように形
成し、この腕部は先端近傍の間隙を介して上記止めネジ
の径方向より挿入し得るとともに該止めネジを締め付け
ることにより上記間隙が該止めネジの径より狭くなるよ
うに変形され得る構成としたことを特徴とするネジ止め
端子。 2 上記圧接部は、環状板を切断して切断部に対して対
称な形状とした2本の上記腕部より成ることを特徴とす
る特許請求の範囲第1項記載のネジ止め端子。 3 上記接続部の外周には絶縁層が被覆形成されたこと
を特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項または第2項記載の
ネジ止め端子。
[Claims] 1. A press-contact portion into which a set screw is inserted and tightened by the set screw to make pressure contact with a conductive metal fitting of a terminal device to establish an electrical connection, and a pressure contact portion that is coupled to a lead wire to establish an electrical connection. In the screw terminal, the pressure welding part has a pair of arcuate arms, and by bending the entirety of these arcuate arms in the same direction in the axial direction of the set screw, the pressure welding can be performed. The outer width W of the arm part is formed to be narrower than the same width W before bending (w<W), so that the outer peripheral edge of the arm part bulges downward in an arc shape when viewed from the side. The arm portion can be inserted from the radial direction of the set screw through a gap near the tip, and can be deformed by tightening the set screw so that the gap becomes narrower than the diameter of the set screw.
