DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, in order to align the free end of a printing wire, one end of which is fixed to a printing wire drive solenoid, in a predetermined vertical arrangement, one or more of them are installed in the middle or at the front of the head main body. It has already been proposed to provide a wire guide, and to guide part of the printing wire in the length direction by a conduit in the area up to this side of the wire guide (Utility Application No. 1983-3282). 1973-39367)
. However, in this rice guide device, the printing wire is not linear but elastically deformed (curved) in the free space between the tip of the guide conduit and the final tip lip guide. This causes bending, amplitude, natural vibration, etc. in the wire guide, which increases the abrasion resistance with the wire guide and adversely affects the followability of the printing operation.

As shown in FIG. 4, the second conduit guide 6a has guide holes 6a-1 and 6a-2 arranged in two vertical rows, with an odd number of holes 6a-1 in one row and an odd number of holes 6a-1 in the other row. The holes 6a-2 are arranged in an even number, and the holes in both rows are arranged close to each other, for example, in a staggered manner. Each conduit 9 is smoothly drawn out from the conduit guide 5 of the third conduit guide hole 1 located between the first and second conduit guides with equal angular distribution and an inclination of angle α0 as shown in FIG. It serves to transform the arrangement of the second conduit guides 6a into two vertical rows, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, the guide holes 6b- 1,6b-21-. The numbers of these guide holes 6b-1 and 6b-2 are odd and even, similar to the second conduit guide 6a, but the guide hole rows are spaced apart at appropriate intervals. .

The six holes 6b-1 and 6b-2 of the third conduit guide do not necessarily need to be arranged along an arc, and the printing wire 8 coming out from the tip of the conduit can enter the hole 7a of the tip lip guide 7 in a straight line. It is possible to take any shape depending on the arrangement of the solenoid 3 attached to the bracket 2, the mutual spacing and arrangement of the conduits 9 taken out from the first conduit guide 5, etc. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the arcuate surface can be completely eliminated. Further, the third conduit guide 6b can also be configured as an adjustment guide whose position can be changed in the longitudinal direction of the conduit 9.

The printing wire 8, oriented with the fixed support of the conduit 9,
As shown in FIG.
It enters the hole 7a of the tip lip guide 7 linearly at an angle β to the tip. In this case, considering the gap or play due to the clearance between the printing wire 8 and the guide hole 7a, this play is the allowable angle β of the angle at which the printing wire 8 enters the guide hole 7a. will be given. Therefore, the printing wire 8 is at an angle β
Even if it enters the guide hole 7a with the same angle, this allowable angle β.

This also means that the arrangement and spacing of the holes 6b-1 and 6b-2 of the third conduit guide 6b can be changed within the range where the angle β into which the printing wire 8 enters falls within the allowable angle 40. ing. Furthermore, the second
Of the conduits 9 arranged in two vertical rows on the conduit guide 6a, the centers of the holes of the conduits in one row are aligned with the axis Z,
In other words, β-0, and the center of the hole of the conduit in the other row is the axis Z.
The printing wire 8 may be guided to the hole 7a of the lip guide 7 so as to form an angle of 2β.

According to the present invention, the printing wire guide conduit is gathered and fixedly supported at the tip of the conduit by the conduit guides 6a and 6b, and the printing wire 8 can be elastically deformed in free space until it enters the synthetic stone tip lip guide 7. Moreover, since it enters the tip lip guide in a straight line, there is little abrasion resistance due to the guide hole etc. during printing operation, and there is no vibration or amplitude in the free space. Therefore, the followability of the printing wire 8 is extremely good, and a high-speed printing device can be obtained.

Since the conduit 9 is fixed at the second and third conduit guides 6a and 6b, there is no need to consider wear at least in these parts. Therefore, for example, as shown in Fig. 1, a double conduit is used, with the inner side made of a material with a low coefficient of friction such as a synthetic resin ring, and the outer side made of a material with appropriate strength and flexibility such as stainless steel. The outer side 149b can be provided until it exits the first conduit guide 5a or enters the third conduit guide 6b, and the part beyond that can be composed only of the inner layer 9a. In this way, the life of the conduit 9 can be extended. Alternatively, the conduit 9 can be fixed with adhesive between its first and third conduit guides 5 and 6b.

In the example, the total number of solenoids l and therefore the printing wire 80
Although the number of wires is an odd number, it is clear that the present invention can be applied to an even number of wires. In this case, the guide holes of the second and third conduit guides are arranged in two rows of even numbers, and the arrangement of the conduits 9 coming out from the first conduit guide 5 is as follows.
As already mentioned with reference to Fig. 6, there are 1/2 conduits on the left and right sides of the vertical center line Y, and the vertical position is adjusted so that the equal dividing line of the conduit or solenoid is not on the vertical center line. The location of each conduit or solenoid is such that each conduit or solenoid is slightly different.
