Traditionally, the inner surface of pots has been treated with synthetic resin such as fluororesin to prevent them from burning, the outer surface has been coated with black paint to improve heat absorption, and the outer surface has been coated with black paint to improve heat retention. There are some references.

However, each of these pots has its advantages and disadvantages; synthetic resin-treated or enamel-filled pots cannot be heated or cooled quickly, nor can steel scrubbers or polishing powder be used, and synthetic resin-treated pots cannot be used with acids or alkalis. It has the disadvantage that it is weak against water, and enameled ones cannot be used for frying, and they are also fragile when dropped from a height or when subjected to sudden impacts.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has been developed by subjecting the inner and outer surfaces of the pot body made of aluminum or aluminum alloy to an anodic oxidation coating treatment to the extent that cracks occur on the surface to a thickness of 20 μm.
As described above, an anodized film with a Vickers hardness of 300 or higher is dark colored and has many cracks, making it easier for cooking oil to be absorbed into the cracks on the inner surface to prevent sticking, and the dark coloring on the outer surface absorbs heat. The objective is to obtain a material that has good properties, is resistant to collapse and damage due to contact with metals and other objects, and has sufficient resistance to high heat, low temperature, shock, acid, and alkali.

次に本発明の実施の一例を説明する。Next, an example of implementation of the present invention will be described.

According to the present invention, the inner and outer surfaces of the pot body made of aluminum or aluminum alloy and having a thickness of 0.6 mm to 47It7IL are anodized to the extent that cracks occur on the surface, so that the pot body has a thickness of 20μ or more. Since we have formed an anodized film with a Vickers hardness of 300 or higher, which is dark in color and has many cracks, we have taken into account the occurrence of cracks, which was previously limited to the thickness and hardness of the anodic oxide film. It is possible to form an anodic oxide film with a thickness of 20μ or more and a Vickers hardness of 300 or more without any friction, and the hardness of the anodic oxide film is higher than that of conventional alumite processed products or synthetic resin processed products with a Vickers hardness of 50 or less. Since it is thick, it will not be damaged by using metal ladles, spatulas, metal scrubbers, etc., and there is no risk of damage even if it is rubbed with a scrubbing brush using polishing powder.

In addition, the anodic oxide film has excellent thickness and hardness, and the thickness of the pot body is also high, so it has high heat resistance and can be used for roasting.

Furthermore, the outer surface has a dark color due to the anodic oxide film, so it has good heat absorption properties, and because of its high hardness, it is not easily scratched even when it comes into contact with a trivet, etc., and the appearance can be maintained.

In addition, since the anodized film is formed on the inner and outer surfaces of the pot body, there is no need to treat the inner and outer surfaces separately, and the film can be formed on the inner and outer surfaces at the same time by simply immersing the pot body in an electrolytic bath. is easy and the cost is not too high.

Furthermore, since the pot body has a wall thickness of 0.6 mm to 4 mm, a sufficiently thick anodic oxide film can be formed on the inner and outer surfaces of the pot body. There is no risk of it reaching the fabric of the
When edible oil is applied to the inner surface of the pot body, it is impregnated into the cracks and held in place, which prevents scorching when used as a frying pan. It is more durable and allows the use of metal ladles and polishing powder as mentioned above.
