A coaxial cable or shielded wire consists of an internal wire containing a conductor for transmitting signals, an insulating sheath surrounding it, a mesh-like shield braid surrounding the insulating sheath to shield external noise, and the braid. It consists of an insulating sheath surrounding it and forming an outer covering.

Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 1a-c, the insulating jacket 2 is separated from the terminal, leaving the required length of the shield braid 1 and the internal wire 3, and the thin copper wire 1' braided into a mesh shape is cut off. After unraveling the wire, retwisting it into a single wire for use as a lead wire, and covering it with a shrink tube, etc., the wire is soldered or crimped to the external connection terminal 4.

The length of this unraveling differs depending on the situation in which the cable is used, since the shield wire plays the role of a lead wire, and it is necessary to handle it according to the situation each time.

The main point of the present invention is that in cable terminal processing in which the shielded portion is pulled out and connected to the outside, a lead wire that connects to the external connection terminal is prepared in addition, and a heat-resistant insulating material is placed between the shielded wire and the internal wire. The method consists of inserting the shield wire and soldering the shield wire and the above-mentioned lead-out connection wire.

以下第2図に従って本発明を説明する。The present invention will be explained below with reference to FIG.

In the figure, conventionally the shield braided part was loosened and used as a lead wire, but a special lead wire 5 connected to the external connection terminal 4 was prepared separately, and this was cut into the insulating jacket. This is to solder the braided part of the shield made by attaching and folding it back.
