本考案は下水処理場沈澱池等に於て水路もしくは池水面
に浮遊するスカムを水位の変動に関係なく効率的に回収

従来斯種のスカム回収装置はスカム吸込口をフロートに

従せしめてスカムを回収するようになしているが浮遊す
るスカムを積極的に吸込口へ導通する装置を具備してい

にこの架台フレーム2に略垂直にしてパイプ状の回転軸
3を回動自在に支持し、且該回転軸3には架台フレーム
上に設置された駆動装置4にて回転駆動するようになす
