ているミューティング用トランジスターと、該ミューテ
ィング用トランジスターの動作を制御するべく接続され
ていると共にオン状態にあるとき前記ミューティング用
トランジスターをオン状態にせしめる制御トランジスタ
ーと、電源供給状態において逆流防止用ダイオードを通
して常時充電されていると共に前記制御トランジスター
の電流供給側に接続されているコンデンサーと、電源ス
ィッチに連動して切換えられると共に電源供給状態にお
いて前記制御トランジスターを逆バイアスするべく接続
された制御スイッチとより成り、電源スィッチの開放に
よる電源遮断時前記制御スイッチの開放により前記制御
トランジスターを順バイアス状態にせしめ、以って前記
コンデンサーの放電電流により前記制御トランジスタ・
−及びミューティング用トランジスターをオン状態にせ
しめるようにしたことを特徴とするテープレコーダーの
