作終了時から網が宛先確認を完了するまでの間、待たな
ければならず、特に宛先数が非常に多い回報通信の場合
待ち時間も非常に長くサービス性が悪くかつ加入者線の
利用効率が悪いという欠点があった0
本発明は、これらの欠点を解決するため宛先電話番号情
報の確認と電文情報の受信を並列に行なえるようにした
