Since it is pumped out through the discharge pipe 9, the required amount of liquid can be easily taken out when needed without having to lift and tilt the heating and heat-insulating container.

The pipe with a built-in lead wire fixed to the periphery of the mouth part is not in constant contact with the liquid in the inner container, so
It is highly safe as it reliably prevents corrosion, rust, etc. around the mouth portion due to heated high temperature liquid.

When the inner container 1 is removed from the outer case 2 during repair, there is no risk that the pipe portion 13a will hit the peripheral edge of the mouth of the inner container 1 and be damaged, which is convenient for maintenance and inspection.

In some cases, the water level of the remaining water is below the lower end of the suction pipe, and the lower end of the heating element is necessarily located above the water level of the remaining water.
