に補正する。Ｏ実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）レーキ機能を有するブレードであって、下端にカ
ッティングエツジを一体に有するブレード本体と、該本
体の前面に一体突設されて縦方向に定間隔で列する上・
中・下の三部位のものを一組とし、その複数組が横方向
へ定間隔で配列されてそれぞれにビン孔が設けられたシ
ャンクブラケットと、これらのシャンクブラケットにお
ける各組の（ホ）位ブラケットに基端が上下回動自在に
枢支され、かつそれぞれの中途部に上位ブラケットおよ
び下位ブラケットのいずれかのビン孔と合致整合させる
ビン孔が設けられた複数のレーキシャンクと、該シャン
クを回動変位による上向き位置で上位ブラケットに且つ
下向き位置で下位ブラケットにそれぞれのビン孔を介し
て選択的にロックするためのロックピンとからなること
を特徴としたレーキ付ブレード。（２）レーキシャンクは、下向き状態時にブレード本体
の彎曲前面に沿ってカッティングエツジの下方に延出す
るよう、その彎曲前面に合わせて屈曲形成されているこ
とを特徴とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のレ
ーキ付ブレード。（３）レーキシャンクは下向き状態時の先端側前面部に
長手方向へ沿って形成されたエツジ部を有していること
を特徴とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項および第２
項記載のレーキ付ブレード。（４）シャンクブラケットは、ブレード本体のカッティ
ングエツジを避けて該本体の前面に配列されていること
を特徴とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のレー
キ付ブレード。（５）シャンクブラケットは、ブレード本体の前面曲率
と略同−曲率に曲成されて該本体に溶接された各組毎の
ブラケット座板に溶接されていることを特徴とした実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項および第４項記載のレーキ付
