本発明は扉の縁部にバッキングの取付面を備えた化粧枠
を扉側縁等に取付けるようにしたことを特徴とする冷蔵

業をも必要としない化粧枠の取り付は構造を得るように

前面開口部を閉塞する扉本体、この本体１１は鉄板を折
り曲げ成形等により形成した扉体１２と化粧枠１３とウ
レタンフオーム１１４及びドア補強板１５、扉内板１６
、ガスケット１７等より成っている。１８は扉体１２の
側部１２ａ部に設けられた穴である。１９はこの穴１８
より化粧枠側に漏れ出てくるウレタンフオームを扉体の
正面部１２ｂ側に漏れ出るのを防止するシール部を示す
。このシール部１９は勿論化粧枠１３と一体に形成され
ている。、２０は上記化粧枠１３の正面化粧部１３ａが
図に示すよう係止する扉体に設けた突起部である。この
突起部２０の形成に当っては、断面形状は第３図に示す
如き形状とするも正面形状は第４図、第５図、第６図と
することが出来る。要は鉄板製の扉体に絞り等により突
起部を作れば良いのである。２１は先の化粧枠１３に一

れる一方枠自体は扉体に係されているので、例えウレタ
ンフオームの接着力が悪い場合でも簡単に化粧枠が外れ
ると云うことがなくなることは勿論、第２図に示す如く
化粧枠を坂り付ける係止片を作るのに孔を明けたり、切
り起し片を設けたりしたものでないから、そのウレタン
フオームのシール作業或いは切り起し片からの錆びの発
