図において、１は入力軸、２は回転体、３は永久磁石、
４は出力プーリ、５はヒステリシス材、６はスペーサで

向に複数極着磁された板状の永久磁石、前記永久磁石に
間隙を介して対向して前記従動側もしくは前記駆動側の
何れか一方に取付けられたヒステリシス材、および前記
駆動側と前記従動側の接触面に装着された被磁性体のス
