Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ベースと該ベースにこれを貫通して設けた入出力
    端子と、該入出力端子間に配置され、前記入出力端子と
    電気的に接続する高周波デバイスと、該高周波デバイス
    を前記ベースとの間に密閉するキャップとによって構成
    するケースに於いて、該ケース内の前記入出力端子間又
    は、入出力端子間並びに入力端子間及び出力端子間とに
    前記キャップと天井から延びる良導電体障壁を設けたこ
    とを特徴とする高周波デバイス用ケース。
  2. （２）前記良導電体障壁が前記キャップの天井に固定さ
    れた金属板又はブロックであることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載め高周波デバイス用ケース
    。
  3. （３）前記良導体障壁が前記キャップの天井の一部を陥
    没成形したものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の高周波デバイス用ケース。
