Claims

In an air conditioner equipped with an outdoor unit consisting of a compressor, a heat source side heat exchanger, a four-way valve, etc., and a plurality of indoor units consisting of an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor blower, the voltage refrigerant becomes the liquid part during cooling operation and is used during heating operation. When a liquid receiver is inserted into a refrigerant circuit and becomes a low-pressure refrigerant part and has one upper connection port and two lower connection ports, and one of the lower connection ports is connected to a heating throttle mechanism and a cooling throttle mechanism, and a plurality of pipes connecting the other of the lower connection ports and the upper connection port to the heat source side heat exchanger, respectively, and a plurality of pipes connecting the other of the lower connection ports to the heat source side heat exchanger. An air conditioner characterized by comprising a solenoid valve that opens only when a plurality of indoor units are in heating operation.
