In the structure configured as above, the mounting panel 2
Attach the breaker body 1, screw the first nut 5 onto the stud 1b, insert the external connection conductor 6 into the stud 1b, and then insert it into the stud 1b via the washer 8 and spring washer 9. By screwing the second nut 7, the stud 1b and the external connection conductor 6 are connected.

By the way, for example, when a circuit breaker is activated due to a short circuit accident, adjacent studs 1b tend to short-circuit due to the large current at that time, so in order to prevent this, there is a phase connection between studs 1b. A barrier 3 is placed.

That is, the interlayer barrier 3 is disposed between the studs 1b by bringing the upper end of the interlayer barrier 3 into contact with the mounting panel 2 and screwing the screw 4 into the female threaded portion 3a of the interlayer barrier 3.

Further, if necessary, an insulating tape (not shown) may be wrapped around the external connection conductor 6, or an insulating shrink tube (not shown) may be placed over the second nut 5, the external connection conductor 6, etc.

However, as mentioned above, since the upper end of the interlayer barrier is attached to the mounting panel, the interlayer barrier easily swings toward the studs, making the installation extremely unstable. If an external force is applied to the circuit breaker, the interphase barrier may not only be damaged by the load, but also when installing the phase barrier to an existing circuit breaker, the mounting panel must be removed, the breaker body, and the external connection conductor must be removed before installation. This has the disadvantage that mounting holes must be drilled in the panel, which makes the work extremely troublesome.Furthermore, when insulating external connection conductors, second nuts, etc. with insulating tape or insulating shrink tube, it is difficult to use a mutual barrier. Since the mounting screws are generally located within the mounting panel, the work must be done with the interference barrier attached, which also has the disadvantage of extremely poor workability.

This idea was made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional circuit breaker, and it is a back-side type circuit that is extremely reliable in installation, prevents damage accidents, and is easy to install on existing circuit breakers. The present invention provides an insulation device between terminals of a circuit breaker.

In the figure, reference numeral 3 denotes an interlocking barrier that is detachably connected to a plurality of studs 1b by a plurality of third nuts 10, and has a plurality of through holes 3b penetrated by the plurality of studs 1b. 1 insulating plate 3C and an adjacent stud 1b integrally or separately protruding from the first insulating plate 3C.
a second insulating plate 3d disposed between them, and a second insulating plate 3d on the tip side of the external connection conductor 6 in the stud 1b.
is held between the third nut 7 and the third nut 10.

In the configuration as described above, after attaching the external connection conductor 6 to the stud 1b as in the conventional case, the stud 1b is passed through the through hole 3b of the interphase barrier 3, and the upper end of the first insulating plate 3C is connected. It contacts the second nut 7, and then,
The first insulating plate 3C is fixed between the second nut 7 and the third nut 10 by screwing the third nut 10 onto the stud 1b.

Since this invention is constructed as described above, an interphase barrier can be attached to an existing circuit breaker without modifying the panel, and when installing an interphase barrier, the external connecting conductor can be removed from the stud. This has the effect of making it extremely easy to install the interphase barrier, and since the approximate center of the interphase barrier is held by the stud, even if an external force is applied to the side of the interphase barrier opposite to the panel, there is no need for it. Since it is durable, it has the effect of preventing damage to the interphase barrier.

Furthermore, since the interphase barrier can be easily removed from the stud, it also has the effect of making it extremely easy to insulate external connection conductors, studs, etc. with insulating tape or the like.
