In this case, if the attachment part 3 of the adhesive article 2 is resin-plated or the attachment part of the adhered part 1 is resin-plated, the adhesive will not be well bonded and will easily come off.

Therefore, when performing resin plating to prevent these defects, for example, masking the bonding area and applying resin plating to prevent resin plating from being applied to the bonding area.
Adhesive attachment processing was performed at this adhesive location.

This invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, and uses a simple process that does not require troublesome means such as masking to prevent resin plating.
The object of the present invention is to provide a method for bonding resin-plated parts, which is characterized by providing a bonding location and performing strong bonding at this location.

この発明を図面に基いて説明する。This invention will be explained based on the drawings.

Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the convex dowel 7 of the bonded part 6 is cut out from the base, the notched part 9 is made smooth, and a cut is made at the bonding point 10 of the bonded part 1 as shown in FIG. If the notches 9 are overlapped and ultrasonic bonding is performed in the direction of the white arrow, since the notches 9 are not plated with resin, strong adhesion will be achieved at the bonding location 10 as shown in FIG.

As another embodiment, instead of the ultrasonic bonding, as shown in FIG. 9, adhesive 11 is applied to the notch 9 of the bonded component 6, and the bonded component 6 is overlaid on the bonding location 10 of the bonded component 1. Then, since the notch portion 9 is not plated with resin, strong adhesion can be achieved.
