(1) 複数対の酸素濃淡電池用電極を有してなる固
体電解質セラミック焼結体を素体とする中空筒状の酸素
ガスセンサにおいて、上記中なくとも一対の酸素濃淡電
池用電極が触媒活性化電極により形成され、残りの少な
(とも一対の電極が上記触媒活性化電極より触媒作用の
弱い電極で形成されることを特許とする酸素ガスセンサ
。
(2)上記素体を一端封じの筒状構造としたことを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の酸素ガスセ
ンサ。
(3)上記二種類の電極がそれぞれ直列又は並列に結線
され、且つこの二種類の電極からの信号を各々独立に検
出できるよう結線したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の酸素ガスセンサ。
(4)上記二種類の電極がそれぞれ直列又は並列に結線
され、且つこの二種類の電極間が直列又は並列に結蝉さ
れてなやことを特徴どする実用新案登録請求の岐間第1
