するものであり、その要旨とするところは、操作子を挾
んでその両側に一対のベルクランクを配備し、各ベルク
ランクの一端を操作子に、また他端を各係合ロッドの内
端部にそれぞれ枢支連結し、各ベルクランクにはばね部
材を介設して、操作子を上昇姿勢に、また各係合ロッド
を窓外枠側凹孔への突入係合位置にそれぞれ常時付勢せ
しめ、しかして操作子をばね部材に抗して下降させるこ
とにより各ベルクランクを回動させて各係合ロッド外端
部を窓外枠側凹孔から脱出させるようにしたことにある

して、操作子を上昇姿勢に、また各係合ロッドを窓外枠
側凹孔への突入係合位置にそれぞれ常時付勢せしめるよ
うにしたものであって、操作子と係合ロッドとの連動手
段として従来のようなリンク機構を用いずベルクランク
を採用しているので、ベルクランクにおける2本のアー
ムの長さに極端に大きな差がない限り、つまり普通のベ
ルクランクであれば操作子の降下量と係合ロッドの移動
量との間に蒸捏差異を生ずることはなく、また操作子の
降下量と同等もしくはそれ以上の移動量を係合ロッドに
与えることも可能となり、しかもベルクランクによれば
てこの作用を利用でき、従って操作子の比較的小さい降
下量及び押圧力で係合ロッドを十分な量だけ移動させる
ことができることになり、そのため窓内枠の固定解除操
作が非常に簡単且つ容易となる。

凹孔への突入係合位置にそれぞれ常時付勢せしめ、しか
して操作子をばね部材に抗して下降させることにより各
ベルクランクを回動させて各係合ロッド外端部を窓外枠
側凹孔から脱出させるようにしたことを特徴とする昇降
