導体を覆い前記補強テープの接着層に接着させる接着層
３ｂが形成された絶縁テープ３とをそれぞれ一体に接着
するとともに、絶縁テープを長手方向に断続的ｉ配して
その間に導体を露出へせる口出し部４を形成し、この口
出し部の上を粘着テープ５で覆って積層したことを特徴
