Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the attachment of oil and dust onto a heat exchanger, and to prevent the lowering of the efficiency of heat exchange by forming a blowoff port for air by a fluid element in which the direction of blowoff of air can be varied between the horizontal direction and the direction approximately vertical to the horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:When air cooling operation, the heat exchanger 13 at the indoor side functions as an evaporator, and air sucked from a suction port by means of a blower 14 is cooled by means of the heat exchanger 13 at the indoor side, and blown out into a room from the blowoff port through a duct 16 and air-cools the kitchen. Since a valve 29 is closed in the fluid element 22 forming the blowoff port 7 at that time, upper controlling space 25 shows negative pressure, and an air current blown off from a gate 27 is blown off to an approximately vertical upper section from the blowoff port. When heating, on the other hand, the heat exchanger 13 at the indoor side serves as a condenser, and air heated is blown off from the blowoff port. In this case, the valve 29 is opened, and a hot air blown off from the gate 27 goes straight on as it is.

Conventionally, general household air conditioners have been available in floor-standing types, wall-mounted types, window-mounted types, etc., but none of these types were suitable for installation in the kitchen. In other words, in the kitchen, various things are boiled, so the air conditioner inhales smoke and oil.
Not only the air filter but also the heat exchanger were covered with oil and dirt, which caused problems such as a foul odor when used for a long period of time. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to install the air conditioner in a location relatively far away from the gas stove, etc., but in general, kitchens have various furniture, storage shelves, cupboards, etc., and it is necessary to install the air conditioner in a location that is suitable for installation. It was often difficult to find.

6 - In other words, the indoor heat exchanger 13 works as an evaporator, and the air sucked in from the suction port 8 by the blower 14 is cooled by the indoor heat exchanger 13 and then sent to the blowout lower via the duct 16. It is blown into the room and cools the kitchen. At this time,
In the fluid element 22 forming the blow-off lower, the valve 29 is closed, so the upper control space 26 exhibits negative pressure. Therefore, the airflow blown out from the barrier 27 flows along the earthen wall of the blowout port 24 of the fluid element 22, and is blown out almost vertically upward from the blowout lower, effectively cooling the inside of the kitchen. What's more, since this blower lower is installed near the gas stove stand, it can directly send cold air to people who are cooking over a fire in the summer, providing a local cooling effect.

Next, when heating is explained, the cooling/heating selector switch 33
By closing the heating side contact, the four-way valve 3B is activated and the refrigeration cycle is switched to the heating cycle. Therefore, the indoor heat exchanger 13ij functions as a condenser, and hot air heated here is blown out from the blower 7. In this case, since the coil 37 is not energized, the valve 29 is open and the fluid element 2
Both the upper and lower control spaces 25 and 26 of No. 2 are at atmospheric pressure. Therefore, the warm air blown from the barrier 27 travels straight and is blown out horizontally from the blow-off lower, effectively heating the inside of the kitchen.
