Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 低温液化ガスの蒸気取出口をシェル側の頂部に有して加
    熱流体をチューブ側に流す満液型管式気化器と、前記加
    熱流体の凝固点以下にある低温液化ガスを被加熱流体と
    してチューブ側に流して該加熱流体の凍結を防止し得る
    温度にまで予熱する管式予熱器と、この予熱器のチュー
    ブ側の出口と前気化器のシェル側とを連結している液体
    供給管と、該気化器のシェル側の頂部と該予熱器のシェ
    ル側とを連結している蒸気供給管と、該予熱器のシェル
    側の底部と該気化器のシェル側とを連結している凝縮液
    戻り管とを備えてなる、低温液化ガスの気化装置。
