[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to an improved foam ejecting device, which is installed in a container filled with a foaming liquid, or by inserting a suction tube into the foaming liquid and injecting the piston rod into the foaming liquid. Bubbles can be ejected by sliding the container back and forth, and there is no leakage of the liquid content even if the container is tipped on its side.Since it does not use high-pressure gas or a pressure-resistant container, it is safe because there is no gas pollution, ignition, or explosion. It is particularly effective for foam cosmetics such as shaving foam and back foam.

Conventionally available foam ejection devices are aerosol type, requiring pressure-resistant containers, complicated valve mechanisms, being expensive, and causing gas pollution, ignition, and
There was a risk of explosion, and it was impossible to refill and reuse the contents in ordinary households, but the inventor of the present invention has conducted various experimental studies to find a method that does not have these drawbacks. This is how we came up with this idea.

A specific example of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. 1. An air cylinder 4 is connected to a foaming liquid cylinder 3 having a suction pipe 1 and a check valve 2, and A piston rod 5 is slidably attached to the piston rod 5, and a piston plate 7 for downward compression having a downwardly directed flexible protrusion 6 on the peripheral edge attached to the piston rod 5 is inserted into the air cylinder 4 so that the end edge of the protrusion 6 is attached to the piston rod 5. A liquid guide hole 9 is inserted into the cylinder 3 for foaming liquid and has a check valve 8, and an air guide hole 9 is opened in the cylinder 4 for air and has a check valve 10. A hole 11 is bored in the piston rod 5, and a liquid injection hole 9' having a smaller diameter than the bubble introduction hole 13 of the liquid introduction hole 9 and an air introduction hole 11 are formed in the bubble introduction hole 13 communicating with the injection port 12 of the piston rod 5. An air injection hole 11' having a diameter smaller than that of the bubble introduction hole 13 is opened.

In the present invention, when the air cylinder 4 is attached to the container mouth 18 and the piston rod 5 is pressed down, the air inside the foaming liquid cylinder 3 pushes up the check valve 8 and passes through the liquid guide hole 9. Spout 1
At the same time, the air in the air cylinder 4 is also pushed up by the check valve 10, passes through the air guide hole 11, and is discharged from the jet port 12.

During the return, the inside of the foaming liquid cylinder 3 becomes negative pressure, the liquid guide hole 9 is closed by the check valve 8, and the foaming liquid pushes up the check valve 2 from the suction pipe 1 and becomes foamable. The liquid flows into the liquid cylinder 3 and forms a gap between the tip edge of the protrusion 6 on the peripheral edge of the piston plate 7 and the air cylinder 4, and a gap between the piston rod 5 and the top plate 21 of the air cylinder 4. Air is sucked into the air cylinder 4 through the gap 19.

When the piston rod 5 is pressed down while the foamable liquid cylinder 3 is filled with foamable liquid, the foamable liquid inside the foamable liquid cylinder 3 is discharged by the check valve 2. Container 17
The check valve 8 is pushed up without backflowing inward, and the liquid flows through the liquid guide hole 9 into the bubble guide hole 13 through the liquid injection hole 9', which has a smaller diameter than the bubble guide hole 13, and the air inside the air cylinder 4. The bubbles push up the check valve 10 without leaking from the periphery of the piston plate 7, pass through the air guide hole 11, and flow violently into the bubble guide hole 13 through the air injection hole 11', which has a smaller diameter than the bubble guide hole 13. The foamable liquid and air mix violently in the holes 13 while creating a vortex to form bubbles, which are further formed into fine particles by the porous body 15 and ejected from the spout 12.

The present invention spews out a substantially constant amount of foam by attaching it to a container filled with a foaming liquid or by inserting the suction tube 1 into the foaming liquid and sliding the piston rod 5 back and forth. When attached to a container, there is no leakage of the liquid content even if the container is tipped on its side, and the liquid can be squirted out as foam without leaving almost any foaming liquid.

In addition, when the present invention is attached to a container, it can be removed from the container and refilled with foaming liquid, and the container can be heated with hot water to produce warm foam. Moreover, since high-pressure gas, volatile substances, and pressure-resistant containers are not used, there is no risk of air pollution, pollution, flammability, etc. caused by gas.
It is non-explosive and safe, and is effective for generating foam for shampoos, shaving, bags, etc.
