Abstract

PURPOSE:To purify the waste gas efficiently independently of the degree of the output of a discharging device, by bringing the waste gas into contact with a misty deodorant to improve the contact between them. CONSTITUTION:Pipes 14 and 15 which have one ends opened in first and second treating liquids and have the other ends opened in upper parts of first and second water tanks 3 and 4 and pipes 16 and 17 which are opened near the other ends of pipes 14 and 15 and are connectd to a discharging device 13 are provided, and open ends of pipes 2 and 12 are placed in upper spaces in water tanks 3 and 4. That is, treating liquids 18 and 19 of a misty deodorant are generated in water tanks 3 and 4 by pipes 14 and 15 and pipes 16 and 17, respectively. Consequently, since the waste gas from the pipe 2 passes through misty deodorants 18 and 19, the waste gas is brought almost completely into contact with the deodorants and is purified.

Conventionally, in combustion appliances that vaporize and burn flammable gas or liquid fuel, especially petroleum, for purposes such as heating or cooking, unburned vaporized gas is released into the room just before ignition or immediately after extinguishing, resulting in oily smells and stinging tools. In addition to causing discomfort and health and safety issues, there were also problems such as contaminating the air inside the living room and the need to constantly pay attention to ventilation.

As a countermeasure to this problem, methods such as purification using precious metal catalysts have been attempted, but they are relatively expensive and do not provide sufficient purification effects. For this reason, an apparatus has been developed in which a deodorizing agent is provided in the exhaust gas passage and the deodorizing agent is made into a liquid and the exhaust gas is passed through the deodorizing agent for purification.

The outline will be explained below with reference to Fig. 1. 1 is a suction part for exhaust gas generated during and before and after combustion, 2 is its pipe, and 3
is the first water tank, and 4 is the second water tank. 5 is a first treatment liquid, and 6 is a second treatment liquid, both of which are sodium carbonate aqueous solutions. 7 is a first additive addition device, and 8 is a second additive addition device. Reference numeral 9 is a first additive, such as hydrogen peroxide, which decomposes harmful gases such as carbon dioxide and carbon oxide. 1o is a second additive such as dichlorobenzene, which is mainly used for deodorization. 11 is a cock, 12 is a pipe connecting the inner water tank 3.4, and 13 is a discharge device connected to the second water tank 4. Its action is that the exhaust gas passes from the suction section 1 through the pipe 2 and passes through the layer of the first treatment liquid 5 containing the first additive 9 in the first water tank 3, during which harmful substances are removed. Then, it passes through the pipe 12 again and enters the second water tank 4, where odor components are decomposed in a layer of the same second treatment liquid 6, and the purified exhaust gas is discharged indoors or outdoors by the exhaust device 13. is discharged. The mechanism by which exhaust gas is purified is through chemical decomposition of gaseous harmful substances and odors, that is, through reduction and oxidation, decomposing their molecular structures and returning them to their elements, and odors and harmful gases that are difficult to decompose are neutralized through cross-linking. It oxidizes and makes it odorless or harmless, and its properties are alkaline.

The above deodorizing agent is composed mainly of IJum (carbonate), to which an oxidizing agent such as hydrogen peroxide and IJum (peroxidation) is added as an oxidizing agent, and dichlorobenzene is further added to perform deodorization. If you use this deodorizer, odor gases that are relatively easy to decompose will be decomposed and deodorized.
Further, by neutralizing or oxidizing odor molecules with strong cross-linking bonds, K can be made harmless and odorless, and harmful gases can be made harmless.

JP-A-5S-ZZ5(2) However, in the above device, the exhaust gas is sucked by the exhaust device 15 and passes through the first and second processing liquids 5.6, which are liquid deodorizers. However, depending on the degree of suction force, there is a drawback that the treatment liquid 5.6 may be discharged without making sufficient contact with it.

The present invention has been made in relation to the above, and is designed to efficiently purify exhaust gas by bringing the atomized deodorizer into contact with the exhaust gas regardless of the level of output of the exhaust device.

The difference from the one in FIG. 1 is that the pipe 14.15 has one end opened into the first and second processing liquids and the other end opened into the upper space of the first and second water tanks 3.4; A pipe 16.17 which opens close to the other end and connects to the discharge device 15 is provided, and the open end of the pipe 2.12 in the water tank 6.4 is located in the upper space of each pipe. It is. That is,
The pipes 14.15 and 16.17 are used to create a mist of the deodorizing agent P liquid 18.19 in each water tank 5.4.

As is clear from the above structure, the exhaust gas from the pipe 2 passes through the atomized deodorizers 18 and 19, so that they almost completely come into contact with each other and are purified. Further, a portion of the atomized deodorizing agent that has reached the discharge device 13 is returned to each water tank 5.4 via the pipe 16.17 and performs the purifying action again.
