Abstract

PURPOSE:To give earthquake resistivity to a transformer and also facilitate installation work by arranging a reinforcing body having the fixing seat to the installation surface of transformer opposing to the end surrace parallel to the stacking direction of transformer core and by tightening the upper fixing seat to the tightening metal of upper iron core with bolts. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing body 8 is formed by framing L-shaped steel into a triangle form. Another plate is welded to the upper part thereof as a fixing seat 9 to the upper iron core tightening metal 3 of transformer. With the bottom side of a triangle considered as the lower fixing seat 10 to the transformer installing surface 7, the reinforcing body 8 is arranged opposing to both edges parallel to the stacking direction of transformer core. Moreover the upper fixing seat 9 is fixed to the upper iron core clamping metal 3 by tightening a fixing bolt 11 and a bolt hole 12 is bored at the upper fixing seat 9 and thereby the reinforcing body 8 can be fixed after being shifted to the upper or lower side. In case of shifting the transformer with wheels, the reinforcing body 8 is shifted to the upper side, a gap is provided between the lower fixing seat 10 and the installation surface, the reinforcing body 8 is shifted to the lower side, the lower fixing seat 10 is placed closely to the installation surface 7, thereby improving the earthquake resistivity.

輪装置の固定座5け、変圧器の移動が容易なように据付
面との間に多少のすき間を設けているため、地震時には
固定ボルト乙に大きな曲げ荷量が加わり、ボルトが破壊
されやすい。固定座5と据付面7のすき間をなくすため
、据付時に変圧器をジヤツキで持ちトげて車輪をはずし
、固定することも行なわれている≠2.据付工事が大変

者らは、上部に変圧器の上部鉄心締金具への固定座を有
し、下部に変圧器据付面への固定座を有する補強体を変
圧器鉄心の積重ね方向に平行な端面と対向させて配置し
、この補強体に変圧器の上部を固定して鉄心の積重ね方
向への振れを止めることを考えつき、実験によりその有
効性を確認した。

9f変圧器の上部鉄心締金具3にポlレト11で締付は
固定する。12は上部固定座9のポlレト穴である。補
強体8を上下にずらして固定できるように、上部固定座
9と上部鉄心締金具3の少くとも一方のボルト穴を長穴
とするか、または上下2段に設けておくと良い〔第5図
(a) 、 (b)参照〕。こうすると、車輪による移
動時には補強体8を上にずらし、下部固定座10と据付
面70間にすき間を設けてlI&動を容易にし、据イ4
時には補強体8を下にずらし、下部固定座10が据付面
