[Detailed description of the invention] This release F! A relates to a method of manufacturing a lighting fixture shade, and its purpose is to create a fine pattern with high precision on the transparent surface material that constitutes the side plate of the shade, and also to improve the strength of the transparent curved material.

この発明の一実施例を第1図を用いて説明する。An embodiment of this invention will be explained using FIG. 1.

In other words, the manufacturing method of this lighting fixture shade is as shown in FIG. A decorative veneer 1 having a thickness of 0.2 to 0.sm as shown in (a) is obtained. Then, a colored resin sheet 2, if necessary, is laminated onto one side of the decorative veneer 1 via an adhesive. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 1(b), a colored or transparent resin 3 such as cretan, polyester, or amino is sprayed onto the other surface of the decorative veneer 1 to form three coating layers 4.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1(C), a laser beam 5 is irradiated from the side of the coating layer 4 to form a pattern 6, thereby obtaining a transparent curved material 7. Finally, as shown in FIG. 1(d), the light-transmitting curved material 7 is stretched around the circumferential surface of the prismatic stand frame to form the shade 8 of the lighting stand.

When this shade 8 is turned on with a power source inside, the pattern 6 of the translucent surface material 7 is thinner than the other parts, so the pattern 6 shines more strongly than the other parts and stands out. visible and exhibits excellent design effects.

In this way, since the pattern 6 is engraved by irradiating the coating layer 4 with the laser beam 5, in other words, it is not necessary to directly etch the decorative veneer 1 with the laser beam 5 in order to form the pattern 6. Even if the decorative veneer 1 is carved, the depth of the groove will be very small, so the decorative veneer 1
The tension of the light-transmitting surface material 7 hardly decreases, and therefore the strength of the light-transmitting surface material 7 can be set high despite having the pattern 6.

また、透光面材7の塗膜層4と樹脂性シート2が化粧単

Further, the coating layer 4 of the transparent surface material 7 and the resin sheet 2 prevent the decorative veneer 1 from cracking. Furthermore, since the pattern 6 is formed on the coating layer 4, it is possible to form the fine pattern 6 without causing partial loss of the pattern as would be the case when the pattern is formed on the decorative veneer 1. Furthermore, the edges of pattern 6 are finished sharply. Moreover, the coating layer 4 is made of colored paint.
When a pattern 6 is formed, the color of the pattern 6 stands out and the lighting effect becomes great, and it is also possible to express colors according to the pattern 6. Moreover, since the decorative veneer 1 and the resin sheet 2 are laminated before the laser treatment, poor adhesion between the two and misalignment of the pattern 6 can be prevented.
