A plurality of dyed veneers are laminated with an adhesive and pressed and bonded using an uneven mold to obtain an uneven laminated flitch, and each dyed veneer is sliced from a predetermined direction intersecting the laminated surface of the uneven laminated flitch. The conventional manufacturing method of laminated decorative veneer, which expresses the grain pattern of natural wood on the cut surface, has the following drawbacks: Each wood grain layer is made from one dyed veneer for each of the seven layers! I appear rounding,
The color tone of the center grain area and the end straight grain area of the grain pattern are the same, resulting in a lack of natural feel.

■ When expressing the summer wood layer with a grain pattern using a cut layer of adhesive used in lamination processing, the coloring of this adhesive becomes uniform,
The color tone difference of the summerwood layer between the central grain area and the edge straight grain area of the grain pattern cannot be expressed. Although there is a method of applying the adhesive in 9 parts using a double roll, etc., it is impossible to apply the adhesive in 9 parts with high precision, and it is not possible to impart the desired color tone change.

■ Since the dyed veneer is of uniform thickness over the entire area, uneven inflection areas are formed on the clamping surface.・The intermediate region and end portions are shown in Figure 1. As such, the pressure applied to the laminated dyed veneer is uneven (the pressure in the middle region is smaller than that at the edges), which tends to cause poor adhesion, and also tends to cause blurring when slicing the resulting uneven flitch.

■ In order to avoid the above-mentioned adhesion failure, the dyed veneer 1 shown in Fig. 2 is made in which the middle region of the dyed veneer is made slightly thicker than both ends (in this example, the middle region is embossed). There is also a method using a veneer with different thicknesses, but such veneers with different thicknesses tend to crack during production and are difficult to mold.

(1) The intermediate region of the surface of the thin layer base material 2 that has been dyed in a predetermined color (for example, springwood color) is colored to resemble the color of the summerwood portion of the central grain-like region of the natural grain pattern. A first narrow width dyed veneer of 3'ft, dyed to resemble the color of the spring wood in the central grain area of the natural grain pattern, is polymerized using an adhesive. The surface of this narrow-width dyed veneer 3 is embossed to express bamboo grass (Fig. 3).

The first narrow width dyed veneer B corresponding to the intermediate region of the clamping surface where the uneven inflection part of L16 is located is made thicker, and the second narrow width dyed veneer 4 corresponding to the end of the uneven mold 6 is made thinner. Because you can select each item, it's uneven! ! ! In the pressure bonding process according to No. 16, the pressure distribution becomes almost uniform between the ends and the middle region as shown in FIG. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of self-importance when obtaining 8t decorative veneers.

Also, 1st. The dyeing of the second narrow-width dyed veneer 3.4 and the coloring of the adhesive that adheres to the thin layer base material 2 can be used as desired, and the central plate-like area and the straight-grained edges of the wood grain pattern to be reproduced It is possible to easily express subtle color changes between regions, and it is possible to express grain patterns rich in natural pressure sensitivity.

Furthermore, this! l! In the example, a transfer sheet with a summer material foam ink layer formed on the surface is used as the thin layer base material 2 to which each narrow width dyed veneer 3.4 is polymerized and bonded, and a summer material is applied to the lower surface of the resulting composite veneer 5. Although the colored ink layer is transferred, a dyed veneer may be used instead of this, or a veneer having a conduit may be used as the thin layer base material 2, and the cut surface of this veneer may be used. Of course, a conduit portion may also be represented.

As the small width dyed veneers 3' and 4', transfer-treated veneers with a summer wood color ink layer transferred to the surface are used. A veneer is used. The process of embossing the surface of the first small-width dyed veneer 3' is the same as in the previous FA embodiment, but here, embossing is also applied to the intermediate region of the surface of the thin layer base material 2'. The laminated layer composed of the first and second narrow-width dyed veneers 31. I try to express the bamboo grass based on the wood.

In this way, the first. As the second narrow-width dyed veneer 3/, 4/ and the thin layer base material 1 are transfer-treated veneers with a summer wood color ink layer transferred to their surfaces, they have the bamboo heather that is found in natural cedar. The grain pattern can be reproduced elegantly and faithfully, and a laminated decorative veneer with a rich natural feel can be obtained.

As described above, the method for manufacturing a decorative veneer of the present invention involves embossing the surface of the thin layer base material in the intermediate region of the surface with an adhesive, and polymerizing the narrow width veneer of the main path 1 to form the thin layer base material. A composite veneer forming process in which a second narrow width veneer thinner than the first narrow width veneer is polymerized and pressure-bonded on both sides of the surface of the material via an adhesive to form a composite veneer, and @compound An assembly flitch forming process in which a plurality of veneers are laminated with an adhesive and pressed and bonded using a pressing mold having an uneven inflection portion in the intermediate region of the pressing surface to obtain an uneven assembly flitch IJ 9,000; Since this method includes a slicing process of slicing the laminated furidachi from a predetermined direction that intersects the laminated surface thereof, it is possible to create a natural-looking sheet grain pattern without causing adhesion defects in the laminated 7-thickening process.
- Since it can be easily reproduced and a part or end of a defective veneer can be used as a material veneer, it has the effect of improving the wood usage yield.

In this way, a plurality of nine narrow-width dyed veneers 15, 15', etc., dyed in different material colors, are combined into one composite veneer 17, and this composite veneer 17t-laminated flitch 11 in each wood grain layer of the laminated decorative veneer 19 to obtain the color classification given to the composite veneer 17.
Composite veneer 17f with color classification, which can easily reproduce the striped pattern of exposed, teak wood, etc.: To obtain it, it is necessary to go through the process of dyed veneer t-laminated flitch slicing with different material colors. This makes it possible to provide stable color divisions, reduce the occurrence of love at first sight caused by slicing, greatly reduce the amount of adhesive used, and facilitate manufacturing itself.

In addition, when the side edges of the narrow-width dyed veneers 15, l5'... that overlap each other are pressed and bonded using the press 16 having the pressing protrusions 161..., the overlapping portions are heated or steam-treated. Alternatively, hot breath treatment may be performed by locally heating the area.

In addition, the plural narrow-width dyed veneers 15, 15', etc. that make up one composite veneer 17t are not limited to veneers of the same tree species, but one is an agathis veneer and the other is a ius wood veneer. Of course, it is also possible to mix and use veneers of multiple types.
