The paper tube manufacturing machine for manufacturing paper core tubes for toilet paper and various cylindrical paper containers was manufactured by the Japanese Patent Publication No. 35-7546.
This is described in the publications No. 39-15797 and No. 52-175i, but in principle, two boobies IJ 2 and 3 are diagonally opposed to each other with a cylindrical static axis l in between, as shown in Figure 1. The belt is set upright, an endless bell (l) is stretched between both pulleys, one side of the belt is wrapped once around the outer periphery of the static shaft, one or both of the pulleys are driven to rotate, the belt runs, and the belt is wound around the static shaft. Two or more paper tapes 3.6 are wound spirally around the outer circumference of the static shaft at the winding part l' of the bell) 4 and propelled. In this case, the paper tapes S and 6 are Supply both tapes obliquely to the static axis l at a position just in front of the belt winding part da' so that the left half of the width of the tape overlaps with the left half of the width of the other. and then both tapes are formed into a paper tube on a static axis.

Therefore, both tapes 3.6 can be wrapped from one side of the static shaft with the same wrapping angle α as the intersection angle α between the center of the pulley and the center of the static shaft, or from the static shaft as shown in the figure. from each side. The crossing angle α or the wrapping angle of the tape is the diameter of the paper tube,
Since the width of the tape varies depending on the width of the tape, normally the pulleys and 3 are rotatably installed at each end of the frame 7 that crosses diagonally below the static axis, and the frame 7 can be rotated at the fulcrum 7' relative to the machine body. The cross angle is adjusted by rotating the frame 7 according to the diameter of the paper tube and the width of the tape.

Conventionally, in order to manufacture paper tubes with printed outer or inner surfaces, a wide base paper 9 is shredded with a slinter or the like, as shown in FIG. diameter of,
Considering the width of the tape, the tape is set at a predetermined angle β (corresponding to the crossing angle α or the wrapping angle) to the longitudinal direction of the base paper so that the printing 10 is aligned in the axial direction of the paper tube when the paper tube is manufactured. print,
This is shredded into multiple tapes using a slitter, etc., and wound onto a tape bobbin for each tape. This is rotatably supported on a bobbin stand so that the printed surface is on the outside and/or inside, and the tapes are crossed. It was necessary to supply the static shaft with a wrapping angle corresponding to the angle α.

Although the cross angle α or wrap angle is generally determined by the diameter of the paper tube manufactured and the width of the tape, the tension of the belt and the cross angle vary depending on the elongation of the belt. Since the wrapping angle is delicately adjusted, if the adjusted crossing angle or wrapping angle does not correspond to the oblique angle β during printing, the printing on the outer cylinder or inner surface of the manufactured paper tube will be in the axial direction of the paper tube. If there is even a slight error in the width of the tape when it is shredded with a slitter and rolled up after printing, the wrapping angle will be different. Printing on the outside or inside of the tube will no longer be oriented in the intended direction and will likewise result in a defective product.

Therefore, in the present invention, a printing device is arranged in addition to the gluing device between the time when the tape comes out from the popiji of the bobbin stand and it is wound diagonally around the static shaft, and this printing device can be adjusted according to the change or adjustment of the intersecting angle. This enabled printing to be performed immediately before wrapping the tape around the static shaft, eliminating the incidence of defective products.

A plate is formed on the outer periphery of the printing roller/A so as to print diagonally at a predetermined angle β with respect to the longitudinal direction of the tape, and a plate is formed on the outer surface or inner surface of the manufactured paper tube at a predetermined angle relative to the axial direction of the paper tube. Make sure that the print is expressed at a different angle. However, even if a toilet paper roll tube with a constant diameter, for example, is manufactured using a tape of a constant width, it will depend on the fatigue of the bell) 9, the humidity in the air, and temperature changes every day, or in some cases several times a day. It is necessary to finely adjust the crossing angle α by slightly changing the tension of the belt and rotating the frame. Therefore, the printing on the outer or inner surface of the paper tube manufactured by this method may not be directed in a predetermined direction such as the axial direction. Therefore, the present invention has been developed by installing the printing device /4' on a stand /4' installed on the floor.
It is installed on a swivel base/9 which is rotatably attached to a turntable 7g on 7, and when the intersection angle α is finely adjusted, the swivel base 19 is finely rotated along with the printing device on the turntable.
The inclination angle β of the printing IO performed on the tape S by the printing roller/6 is determined by the amount of fine adjustment rotation of the frame 7. + (plus) or - (
Even if the frame 7 is adjusted slightly (minus) and the frame 7 is finely adjusted, is the direction of printing expressed on the outer or inner surface of the paper core? il- It was made to face in a predetermined direction.

Of course, as a result of this, the angle of the tape S coming out of the printing device lφ toward the static shaft may be slightly different from the angle of the tape wound onto the static shaft, but for example, between the drying device /3 and the static shaft, A stand equipped with a relay roller that wraps and guides the tape is placed on the floor of the dryer, and this stand is moved on the floor. All you have to do is move the chip to the static axis. It is assumed that the turntable 7g can be rotated by loosening a bolt or the like, and is fixed and cannot be rotated by tightening a bolt. It is also preferable that the gluing device 12 be mounted on the swivel base as shown in the figure. stomach.

In this embodiment, two rails or guide rods 20 and 20 and a threaded rod are provided on the table 7 parallel to each other and horizontally. And the turntable/zaha both guide rods; 10. .. 2
It is installed on a movable table 22 whose movement is regulated so that it can move in response to the 0. In order to restrict the movement of the moving table to the extent of the guide rod θ1.20, it is necessary to provide a member with a hole through which the guide rod passes, such as a tube, on the moving table, or if the guard rod is a rail, it is necessary to This can be done as appropriate by equipping the movable platform with wheels that roll on rails. With this, Sine screw rod 2
When 7 is rotated, the movable table moves forward or backward along the guide rods 20° and 20, together with the turntable and the printing device, depending on the direction of rotation. Therefore, as mentioned above, if there is a discrepancy between the angle of the tape coming out of the printing device toward the static axis and the wrapping angle of the tape on the static axis, the threaded rod:
By rotating the handle 2/' in the forward or reverse direction, the movable table can be moved over the guide rod, and the difference in direction can be eliminated without the aid of a stand equipped with a relay roll.

Furthermore, when paper tubes of different diameters are manufactured using tapes of different widths, when the frame 7 is rotated in order to adjust the intersection angle α to correspond to this, the threaded rod 2/ is rotated in the forward and reverse directions. The movable base together with the printing device lq can be moved over the guide rod 20, 2θ, and the tape coming out of the printing device lq can be supplied to the static shaft through the winding corner passage and wound around the static shaft.

Normally, a nut 23 is rotatably attached to the frame 7, and the screw rod is inserted into the airway.
l Rotate in the forward and reverse directions with M to rotate the frame 7 fully, and the intersection angle α
is changed depending on the width of the tape 3.6 and the diameter of the paper tube. Therefore, the amount of rotation of the screw rod q can be detected using a rotary transducer capable of emitting, for example, 100 pulses per rotation, and at the same time detecting the amount of rotation of the screw y
′;c A motor that can rotate the screw rod 21 forward and backward in forward and backward directions;
It is preferable to rotate at a speed of 27M and to control the amount of rotation with the detector's mouth.

Therefore, when the diameter of the paper tube to be manufactured is different or the tape width is different, the threaded rod 21 rotates the necessary amount in the necessary direction and moves the moving platform accordingly. is supplied to the static shaft at an angle that matches the changed wrapping angle. Therefore, all that is left to do is to loosen the bolts of the turntable, make fine adjustments, and replace the printing roller /A or its plate with a predetermined one with a different printing inclination angle. In this way, the printing device can automatically adapt to changes in the intersecting angle caused by changes in the paper tube diameter and tape width, but of course, if this is not done automatically, turn the screw rod 2/ manually. If the speed of winding and propelling the tape spirally around the static shaft, the winding speed of the pick tape, and the tape feeding speed of the drive roller 15 of the printing device are not synchronized, the tape 3 will be torn to pieces.
Since the tape may become loose, the rotational speed of the drive roller/S must be controlled and synchronized by detecting the winding speed of the tape. For this purpose, the DC tachometer generator core is driven by the main motor 26M that rotates one or both of the pulleys, and the drive roller /S of the printing device is driven by a variable speed motor with a speed of 2g. The feeding speed at which the tape is fed toward the static shaft is controlled by the voltage generated by the generator near according to the rotational speed of the main motor 2AM, thereby synchronizing it with the winding speed of the belt.
