PURPOSE:To prevent the scattering of boiling water from a steam generating port by a method wherein protruded boiling preventive member is inserted and fixed perpendicularly within a hollow metallic pipe having its upper end opened in the atmosphere and a heater is wound around the outer periphery of the metallic pipe.
