In order to transport the movable wall to any desired position and freely partition the room, hanger rails, which are the travel locus of the hanging wheels, must be laid vertically and horizontally on the ceiling. If the hanger rails are laid vertically and horizontally, the hanger rails will inevitably intersect, causing various problems in that area.

One of them is that such intersections require a cut in the hanger rail through which the shaft of the hanger that suspends the moving wall from the hanging wheel passes, but when passing through the intersection, the wheels of the hanging wheel pass through this cut. The problem is that it falls off and applies a large impact to the moving wall, damaging the moving wall, the hanging wheel, and even the hanger rail.

In addition, the running direction of the movable wall suspension must be changed at this intersection, but conventional equipment requires a rotary device that rotates the entire intersection, a complicated branching rail, and a control device for the running direction. In addition, various types of suspension wheels were required, such as one for turning and one for straight travel, making it difficult to control travel as needed.

In Figures 1 to 3, (1) is the suspension wheel body, and the third
As is clear from the plan view shown in the figure, there are hanger rails (3) on the front and rear surfaces (2a) (2b) and the left and right sides (2C) (2d), which have a right quadrilateral cross section and are orthogonal to each other.
Two vertical wheels rolling on a running surface (4) are rotatably mounted. The hanging wheel main body (1) has a hanging shaft (5) in the vertical direction for hanging the movable wall in the center thereof, and the hanging shaft is connected to a vertical hole (69) bored in the center of the hanging wheel main body. is inserted into the vertical hole (6), and its head (7) is inserted into the vertical hole (6).

This eccentric heat resistance (l) is caused by the arcuate grooves (13a) bored in the running distances (4a) and (4b) of the hanger rail by the vertical wheels (10a) and (10b) in the running state shown in FIG. The value is such that it is placed directly above (13b). The same goes for the two vertical wheels attached to the other sides of the hanging wheel body (1), that is, the rear and left and right sides, and the two vertical wheels are attached to the center surface (12A) and (12A), respectively.

One vertical auxiliary wheel is rotatably attached to each of the front, rear, left, and right side walls of the hanging wheel main body (1) at the intermediate portion of the left and right vertical wheels. That is, as shown in Fig. 3, each vertical subwheel (33a) (33b) (33c) (33d) is installed in a position that does not interfere with the vertical wheels on both sides, and the flat surface is sunken from the front and rear sides (2a) (2b). They are installed at eccentric positions front and rear by a distance of (l1) from B). The mounting heights of these eight vertical wheels and four vertical sub-wheels are determined so that they all run on the same plane as shown in FIG. Therefore, as shown in Figure 2, the vertical carriages (1Oc) and (10d) installed on the left stone side (2c) and (2d)
The running surfaces (4a) and (4a) of the hanger rail are on the same plane.

a) and (10b) are located directly above the arcuate grooves (13a) and (13b) bored in the running surface (4a) and the mosquito fin (4b), and are perpendicular to the bottoms of these grooves (13a) and (13b). Since there are gaps (14a) and (14b) between the wheels (10a) and (10a) that correspond to the depth of the grooves, there is a gap between the vertical wheels (10a) and (10a) and the hanger rail. Interference is avoided, and the movable wall main body (1) runs smoothly in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper by means of vertical wheels (1Oc) and (10d) provided on the left and right side walls. In addition, in this state, the vertical secondary wheels (33c) and (33d) provided on the left and right side surfaces (2c') and (2d') of the movable wall main body also touch the running surface (

When the movable wall approaches the orthogonal part of the hanger rail shown in Fig. 4, the vertical wheel (10a1) on the front side in the running direction, indicated by the arrow (35) as shown in the figure, first hits the cut rI of the running surface.
The vertical wheels (33a) and (33b) attached between the front and rear vertical wheels (10a1) and (10d2) are in the running direction (4x
) and receives the load applied to the central suspension shaft (5), the front vertical wheel (10a1) maintains the running state without falling into the cut (34). As the hanging wheel moves further forward, the front vertical secondary wheel (33a) approaches the cut (34), but since the vertical secondary wheel (33b) is provided at a position eccentric to the rear of the central plane (12A), at this point However, the vertical secondary wheel (33b) is on the running surface, and the suspension shaft (5

In this way, as the suspended wheel main body further moves forward, both vertical wheels enter the arcuate grooves (13a) and (13b), and the traveling of the suspended wheel temporarily stops. Vertical wheels like this (10a1)
and (10a2) are circular arc grooves (13b) and (13a
), the entire hanging wheel body sinks downward by the depth of the arc-shaped groove (13), and therefore the left and right hanger rails, which had previously been lifted from the hanger rail by the depth of the arc-shaped groove, The vertical wheels (10c) and (10d) also come into contact with the longitudinal grooves (13c) and (13d), and all eight vertical wheels contact the bottom of the arcuate groove, so the hanging wheel body It is supported by vertical wheels. The state in which all the vertical wheels have entered the arc-shaped girdle is the state in which the hanging wheel has arrived at the orthogonal part of the hanger rail as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3. Therefore,
Next, even if force is applied to the moving wall in either the left-right direction or the front-back direction, the hanging wheel body will start traveling in the direction of that force, and it can change direction in any direction. . The hanging wheel, which has started traveling from the state shown in FIG. 3, undergoes an operation completely opposite to that shown in FIG. 4, and then starts traveling straight in the direction of the hanger rail to which the force is applied.

As described above, the present invention has a movable wall hanging shaft vertically attached to the center of the hanging wheel main body, two vertical wheels arranged on each of the front, rear, left and right side walls of the hanging wheel main body, and the vertical wheels are connected to the In addition to passing through the axis of the movable wall hanging shaft and eccentric to the left and right from a plane perpendicular to each side wall, there is also a vertical sub-wheel located in the middle of both vertical wheels provided on each side wall, which is eccentric to one side of the central plane. Since this mobile wall hanging vehicle is characterized by having wheels attached to it, when passing through the orthogonal part of the hanger rail, the wheel may fall off at the break in the rail and give a strong impact to the moving wall, etc. Moreover, after stopping at the perpendicular part of the hanger rail, the hanging wheel can easily change its direction of travel in any direction, allowing it to freely turn left, right, and go straight instead of only changing direction in one direction as in the past. The present invention provides an extremely economical and practical suspension wheel that is flexible, does not require expensive equipment such as a rotary device, and is extremely economical and practical.
