この発明は、鉄骨ラーメンとALC板等軽量気泡コンク
リート壁を牡力板とした建築架構における耐力壁板の取

ところで耐力壁を鉄骨フレームから大きく偏心させて大

物の耐震性の向上、建物躯体の軽量化、施工の省力化、
また耐力壁パネルが柱梁等の軸組部材を覆って取付けら
れるのでデザイン上も勝れたものとすること等が可能と
なり、しかも耐力壁パネルに過大入力されることがなく
