〔産業上の利用分野〕
この発明は、鉄骨ラーメンとALC板等軽量気
泡コンクリート壁を耐力板とした建築架構におけ

開昭57−74475号)
ところで耐力壁を鉄骨フレームから偏心させて

金物2,3で支持されるものであり、上部仕口金
物は上部壁板下端部の凹溝に嵌められ、平鋼に金
具挿通孔が穿設してあり、その一側を耐力壁パネ
ルの頂部にねじ4によつて固着してあり、他側は
建物躯体の梁5にボルト・ナツト6によつて固着
してあり、下部仕口金物3はコ状断面でスチフナ
ー3′が設けてあり、上下フランジに金具挿通孔
が穿設してあり、耐力壁パネル1の下端部の凹溝
に嵌められ、上フランジに挿通したねじ4によつ
て耐力壁パネル1に固着してあり、下フランジは
建物躯体に固着してあり、水平方向の外力は上下
辺4箇所の前記上下部仕口金物2,3で負担支持
し、鉛直方向の外力は下辺2箇所の前記下部仕口
金物3で負担支持させてある。

の向上、建物躯体の軽量化、施工の省力化、また
耐力壁パネルが柱梁等の軸組部材を覆つて取付け
られるのでデザイン上も勝れたものとすること等
が可能となり、しかも耐力壁パネルに過大入力さ
れることなく、ALC板等を耐力壁パネルとして

2箇所で建物躯体に上下部仕口金物2,3で支持
させるものであり、上部仕口金物2は上部壁板下
端部の凹溝に嵌められ、平鋼に金具挿通孔が穿設
してあり、その一側を耐力壁パネル1の項部にね
じ4によつて固着してあり、他側は建物躯体の梁
5にボルト・ナツト6によつて固着してあり、下
部仕口金物3はコ状断面でスチフナー3′が設け
てあり、上下フランジに金具挿通孔が穿設してあ
り、耐力壁パネル1の下端部の凹溝に嵌められ、
上フランジに挿通したねじ4によつて耐力壁パネ
ル1に固着してあり、下フランジは建物躯体に固
着してあり、水平方向の外力は上下辺4箇所の前
