て続出し専用メモリC内に予め記憶され【いる割込み処
理プログラムを順次引き出し、これをランダムアクセス
メモリfに一時記憶しつつ演算処理を実行すると共に、
処理結果は豪写機本体aの被駆動装置群gK出カポ−)
hを介して出力され、各被駆動装置群gがこの出力によ
り制御される。また各検出器群すから複数の信号、例え
ば(イ)(ロ)が同時に割込み検出器lに入力されると
、予め設定された優先順位により順次処理されるように
なっている。しかし高速処理を要する入力が多数ある場
合、上記方法では人力数に応じ【外部割込み端子を多数
膜けなければならず、装置が大型になると共に、複数の
時間を要する割込み信号が同時に入力した場合、優先信
号以外の信号の処理が遅れる不具合もある。

ま複写を開始すべく図示しないスタートスイッチをオン
(第4図イ)すると、マイクロコンピュータ3と被駆動
装置1及び検出器2を接続する入出力ボート4が「1」
となって被駆動装置1がオンし、露光が開始される。開
