Abstract

PURPOSE:To quicken hooking of the leading part of a thread and thereby lessening amount of the thread to be wasted by allowing a waste thread treatment device to receive the thread end while it is wound round a bobbin in several turns and by cutting the thread between the bobbin and treatment device after overlapping wound threads on the surface of bobbin. CONSTITUTION:Thread 1 under guidance of a guide roller 2 is wound round a bobbin 3' in several turns while attracted by a suction gunk 4. When this suction gun 4 is shifted to the right in order to wind the thread 1 round a bobbin 3 installed coaxially, the thread 1 moves also to the right. If the thread portion situated between roller 2 and bobbin 3 is reciprocated a little by hand when the thread has moved to somewhere on the bobbin 3, the thread 1 wound several turns crosses each other on the bobbin 3 to form a fixed point and makes no slip any more on the bobbin 3. Thus winding will start now, when the thread shall be cut promptly between bobbin and suction gun.

Since carbon fiber is expensive and has a high production cost, it is necessary to avoid generating waste yarn as much as possible when threading it with a winding machine, and the winding speed of carbon fiber in the firing process is extremely slow (10 ffl (usually within 1 minute), there was a demand for an extremely simple and easy threading operation without the need for a complicated and expensive winding machine. In particular, in a winding machine that arranges multiple bobbins per shaft and winds multiple threads simultaneously, when threading is carried out on the bobbin closest to the machine that supports the spindle,
Since threading is difficult to do, it has been desired that threading can be done more easily and easily.

In consideration of the above points, the object of the present invention is to easily, easily and quickly reduce the amount of yarn waste generated in yarn winding machines, especially carbon fiber winding machines, without using any complicated or expensive winding machines. The threading of the winder is intended to provide a method that has few additional components.

That is, the yarn end is wound around the bobbin multiple times and taken up by the waste yarn processing device, and then the wound yarns on the surface of the bobbin are overlapped, and then the yarn between the bobbin and the waste yarn processing device is cut. Winder threading is a method characterized by:

Figures (a) to (a) in FIG. 1 are schematic diagrams of the thread hooking mechanism of the present invention for explaining the operation of the thread hook over time in an easy-to-understand manner. In the figure, 1 is a thread, 2.2' is a guide roller, and 3
.. 5' is a bobbin, 4 is a waste thread processing device, and in the illustrated example, a suction gun is employed. The figure also shows a so-called 2-axis system with two bobbins attached to one shaft (spindle).
An example of yarn simultaneous winding 9 is shown.

(A) In the figure, the entire yarn is guided by a guide roller 2 and is suctioned by a suction gun 4 while being wound around a bobbin 6' several times. In this case, the thread 1 is wound several times on the bobbin, and is sucked into the gun while sliding on the bobbin.

When the suction gun is moved to the right in order to wind the thread 1 onto the bobbin 6, the thread 1 is also moved to the right as shown in FIG. When the yarn moves to an arbitrary position on the bobbin 6, if the yarn between the guide roller 2 and the bobbin is slightly reciprocated by hand, the yarn wound multiple times intersects on the bobbin and returns to the fixed point. It no longer slides on the bobbin and is wound on the bobbin. When the thread begins to be wound onto the bobbin, the thread is quickly cut between the bobbin and the suction gun (Figure C), and the thread is traversed in sequence and wound onto the bobbin (Figure 2). Next, in order to similarly wind another thread onto the bobbin 5', threading is started via the guide roller 2'.

In Fig. 1, a type of winding machine that simultaneously winds two yarns around one shaft (spindle) is shown as an example, but it is also possible to wind one yarn or multiple yarns of two or more yarns at the same time. Needless to say, the present invention can be applied to winders such as the above. Further, the waste yarn processing device may be replaced with a suction gun and wound around a roller. Further, the waste thread processing device may be provided at a position corresponding to each bobbin, or one waste thread processing device may be applied to a plurality of bobbins in sequence, as shown in FIG. When winding yarn around a plurality of bobbins, it is preferable that the waste yarn processing device is movable to a position corresponding to each bobbin. Second

In Fig. 6 O, first, the suction gun 4° 4' is placed on the fully operating side (bobbin 6' facing up), and after manually winding the threads 1 and 1' around the bobbin 6' several times, (Figure A).Next, slowly move the suction gun 4゜4' from the non-operating side to the corresponding bobbin position, and the thread will move onto the designated take-up bobbin. It becomes stable (mouth view).

Once stabilized, by tilting the spindle to its normal winding position, the yarn will soon be captured by the traverse guide 5.5' and will press down on the yarn on the bobbin. Immediately after that, the cutting devices 6 and 6' are activated simultaneously to cut the yarn, thereby completing the threading (see figure). The cutting device may be set to operate after a certain period of time from the time when the spindle is brought down to the normal winding position.

This semi-automation not only greatly improves the ease of threading onto the bobbins on the winding machine main body side, but also allows winding on multiple bobbins on the spindle to start at the same time, making it possible to make the full amount of yarn the same.
