Generally, electrical components such as capacitors and resistors are mounted on a printed circuit board, and a circuit pattern (printed circuit) is formed on both sides or one surface by a well-known printed wiring method. When making electrical and mechanical connections, two methods are generally used: connectors and wrapping.

In other words, the former connector connection method involves attaching a male or female connector to two printed circuit boards, and soldering the terminals to the pattern part of each printed circuit board by dip soldering (soldering tape). When mounting and assembling on equipment, etc., a cord with a connector of a separate assembly is inserted and connected to the connector of each printed circuit board.

On the other hand, in the wrapping connection method, one end of a wire made of a single core, flat cable, shielded wire, etc. is soldered to the pattern part of one printed circuit board using a solder dip, and a wrapping terminal block is connected to the other printed circuit board using a solder dip. The wire is fixed, and the other end of the wire is wrapped around a wrapping terminal block during assembly work.

On the other hand, although the latter has the advantage that the parts are cheaper and cheaper than the former, the assembly work is troublesome and takes a long time because it requires wrapping work for each wire one by one, and incorrect wiring is likely to occur. It also had drawbacks such as not having a very good appearance.

This idea was made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and the purpose is to provide a printed circuit board that can be easily and quickly soldered, and with less risk of connection errors.
The feature is that a dividing line is formed on the printed circuit board, and the printed circuit board can be divided into multiple divided board pieces along this dividing line, and the divided end of one divided board piece can be connected to this. The present invention is based on the provision of a recessed portion that can be engaged with an electrical connection provided on another printed circuit board to make a solder connection.

Further, a plurality of through holes 8 for inserting lead wires are bored in the printed circuit board 1 at positions on both sides of the dividing line 2 and corresponding to the ends of the circuit pattern 6, and these lead wire insertion holes 8 are formed on both sides of the dividing line 2 and at positions corresponding to the ends of the circuit pattern 6. The ends of the jumper lead wires 9 are inserted into the through holes 8 which are opposed to each other with the dividing line 2 of the through holes 8 in between.

By the way, the above-mentioned printed circuit board 1 is, for example,
Although the structure is exactly the same as the splittable printed circuit board disclosed in Publication No. 3-24031, in this invention, at least one of the two split board pieces 3A and 3B, for example, a split board piece By drilling a recess 11 for connecting an electrical connection object in the divided end A of 3A, the divided board piece 3A can be mechanically and electrically connected to another printed circuit board as described later. It has major characteristics.

In this case, the recess 11 is located along the dividing line 2 as shown in the figure.
Although the perforation hole 2a is formed so as to communicate with each perforation hole 2a constituting the perforation hole 2a, it is not necessarily limited to this.
The perforations may be made between adjacent perforations 2a as long as they correspond to the ends of each circuit pattern 6 provided on the divided board piece 3A.
If the perforation hole 2a is formed long in the direction orthogonal to the perforation hole 2a, the recess 11 may also serve as the perforation hole 2a.

At this time, it is desirable to keep the middle part of the jumper lead wire 9 in an inclined state so that it does not sag significantly as shown by the chain line, and also to prevent the divided board pieces 3A and 3B from significantly overlapping each other. 12 in FIG. C is another printed circuit board to which the divided board piece 3A is mechanically and electrically connected.
A pin stand 13 is fixed to the connection side end of the surface thereof.

A plurality of pins 14 are implanted in this pin stand 13 in correspondence with each recess 11 of the divided board piece 3A, and the lower ends of the pins 14 penetrate through the printed circuit board 12 to form each circuit pattern formed on the back surface. It is electrically connected to the end of 15 by solder 16.

Therefore, the mechanical and electrical connection between the printed circuit board 12 and the divided board piece 3A is achieved by inserting each pin 14 into the corresponding recess 11 of the divided board piece 3A as shown in FIG. , each pin 14 and the portion surrounding each recess 11 of the circuit pattern 6 of the divided board piece 3A may be connected with solder 17.

As explained above, according to the printed circuit board according to the present invention, at least one of the divided board pieces of the printed circuit board formed so as to be divided has a divided end portion and a position corresponding to the circuit pattern for connecting an electrical connection. Since the recess is formed, the electrical connection object and the divided board pieces can be easily connected by inserting the electrical connection object into the recess and making a solder connection.

Furthermore, the formation of the recess is done at the same time as the formation of the dividing line, so it is not only easy, but compared to the conventional connection method using connectors or wrapping, there is only a recess on the divided board piece, and no connectors, wrapping terminals, etc. are required. Therefore, the structure is simple, connection work can be performed quickly, and there is little risk of wiring mistakes, which has great effects.
