Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to make a structure simple and small size, also prevent the staining due to an ink leakage, by prohibiting the discharge of an ink when a discharged ink vessel is not provided in a fixed position. CONSTITUTION:When the interior of a cylinder 10 is made a vacuum by pushing down a piston 11, the excess of an ink and an air is aspirated from a subtank through an ink sucking tube 4 and an air evacuating tube 5 and when the piston 11 returns by a spring 15, the sucked ink gathers in a space 23 via an discharge hole 11B. 本部がシール部材である0リング12によってシールさ
れている。ピストン11のシリンダ内壁と摺接する外周
面には合成ゴム等で形成された弾性リング13が一体く
取り付けられ、またピストン11の一部にはその移動方
向に排出穴11Bが形成され、更に排出穴11Bの下面
には合成樹脂で形成されたフィルム状の逆止弁14が取
り付けられている。ピストン11を復帰バネ15に抗し
てA方向に押下した時、逆止弁14は排出穴11Bを閉
じ従ってピストン11とシリンダ10間の空間16に負
圧が発生し、この負圧によシインク吸引チューブ4、エ
ア抜ベチューブ5を介してサブタンク1かラインク、エ
アを吸引する。また押下したピストン11をフリーにす
ると、ピストン11は復帰バネ15の力によってB方向
に上動し、この時逆止弁15は排出穴11Bを開くから
、空間16内に溜ったインク、エアは下方に放出される
。シリンダ10の下方開口には、シリンダをその内部を
気密に保持した状態で保持する基台17が取り付けられ
ている。この基台17の下方には、サブタンクから吸引
した排インクを蓄える容器である排インクカセット18
を収納する収納室17Aが形成されておシ、更に上方に
はこの収納室17Aとシリンダ内部を連通ずる連通孔が
形成されている。この連通孔にはシリンダ内部と収納室
17Aを選択的に連通させる為のインク漏出防止弁19
が、付勢バネ20によって常時下方(A方向)に付勢さ
れた状態で取り付けられて込る。伺、漏出防止弁19の
下降位置はスナップリング21によって規制され、また
上昇位置は漏出防止弁190段部19Aによって規制さ
れる。連通孔と漏出防止弁19間のシールは0リング2
2によってなされている。漏出防止弁19にはT字状の
連通穴19Bが形成されている。排インクカセット18
の上面には突条18Aが形成され、基台17の収納室の
上面に形成されたガイド溝17Bに案内されてカセット
18は、第3図の如く装着される。この時排インクカセ
ット18の傾斜面18Bによってインク漏出防止弁19
は上方に押し上げられ、連通穴19Bの側方穴19B1
がOIJソング2の上方に現われる。これKよってピス
トン11の下面とシリンダ10及び基台17によって形
成される空間23は、排インクカセット18内と、連通
穴19B及びカセット上面の注入口18Cを介して連通
し、空間23内のインクはカセット18内に排出され、
蓄えられる。伺、排インクカセット18が装着された状
態で、ピストンliをL/バー11Aで最下位置まで押
下しても、ピストンの下面が漏出防止弁19の上面に当

出防止弁19は注入口18Cを密閉しているわけではな
く、連通穴19Bは隙間18C1を介して外部と連通状

通される状態となる。
