DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an automatic chain lubrication system for escalators, etc., and more particularly to an automatic chain lubrication system that controls the lubrication time to achieve optimal lubrication.

As is well known, escalators etc. require a series of drive chains %:4IP! However, the wear of these drive chains is
In order to prevent this and maintain the initial performance ta, it is necessary to always perform optimal lubrication. Traditionally, the method of refueling has been to automatically refuel escalators once a day for a predetermined period of time when they are started, but recently escalators installed in station buildings, etc. Some are operated only during certain hours, and some are detected by a charging switch or the like and are automatically operated only when there are passengers on the escalator. In this case, since a plurality of startups and stops are repeated in a day, refueling is performed at the same time as each startup, resulting in excessive refueling and damage such as oil dripping.

Therefore, in order to solve the problem of the above-mentioned refueling method tailored to the start-up, a timer has recently been installed that counts the number of times the escalator is started and issues a start-up command to the pump after the number of escalators has elapsed. By installing a timer that issues a start command to the pump after a predetermined time has elapsed since the escalator was started, and setting @ at this time to about 2/3 of the escalator's daily operating time, A method of refueling only one tank has been proposed in 11J11.

For those that are operated regularly, the number of activations on day -1 and the driving time of -l are irregular (because the escalator is activated and the escalator is activated and a predetermined period of time has elapsed, the above-mentioned timer device issues a start command to the pump. In this case, refueling is performed several times a day, or conversely, if the escalator always stops before a predetermined period of time has elapsed, no refueling is performed at all.On the other hand, the operating time of an escalator on a day varies greatly depending on the application. Therefore, refueling once a day may result in excessive refueling. Also, for outdoor escalators, etc. that are subject to the effects of rain, it is necessary to increase the refueling interval to Wins.
If the operating time is long, it will be necessary to refuel more than once a day, which is not possible with the above-mentioned timer.

On the other hand, since the power is applied to the operation circuit 4C of the timer 4 and the clutch is connected, the power is applied to the motor 4M of the timer 4 by turning on the start switch 1%, thereby starting the timer 4. (In addition, main relay 2
When the escalator is stopped due to demagnetization, the current of the motor 4M of the timer 4 is cut off, so that one time count is interrupted. ) Then, only the operating time of the escalator is counted and the time TI set in advance in 1 timer 4 is counted.
When the timer 1 reaches 4, contact 4m of timer 1 closes and timer
At the same time, the control relay 6 for the refueling pump is activated to start refueling. Then, the preset refueling time T
, the contact 5b1°Bbl of the timer 5 opens, the control relay 6 returns to normal, and the fuel pump stops. On the other hand, the power to the operation circuit 4C of the timer 4 is cut off and the clutch is disengaged, so the operation of the timer 4 returns to the initial state and starts the timer cycle again. In this way, the chain driven by the drive machine 1 In a device that automatically supplies oil using a pump, only the operating time of the drive machine 1 is time-counted, and the operation is performed on the condition that the counting time has reached a preset operating time T, and its output is calculated as described above. a first timer 4 which outputs the output as a pump start command; and a second timer which outputs its output as a stop command for the pump on the condition that a preset refueling time T has been reached after the pump has started. Even if there is a difference in the automatic time conditions of one chain, it is possible to always refuel after a certain work time. Therefore, optimal lubrication without wasting oil can be achieved, which not only has an extremely effective effect on the lifespan of chains, etc., but also prevents over-lubrication and small oil-filling problems.

Next, regarding the second embodiment of the present invention, Il! I will clarify. In the electric circuit shown in Fig. 111 above, if the main electricity of an escalator or the like is cut off or there is a power outage, the power to the operation path 4C of the timer 4 is cut off, so the timer 4 is in the middle of counting time. However, the operation returns to its initial state, making it impossible to refuel escalators, etc. within a certain operating time. Therefore, in order to enable more reliable refueling during a fixed operating time, it is required that the operation of the timer 4 does not return to its initial state even if the power is cut off. The electric circuit configuration shown in Figure 2 (#) (b) takes this into account. Na*, I! In Figure 2 (a) and (b), the same parts as in Figure 111 are given the same reference numerals. In other words, the difference between Figure 2 and Figure li1 is that the timer r is operated as a 1!10 timer @jlyc. This is because an electric reset type is adopted in which reset is performed by applying a necessary voltage, and the excitation is controlled by the normally open contact 5a of the timer 5.
