この発明は複写機あるいはファックス等に使用され、紙
を一枚一枚引き出すためのゴムローラの改良に関するも

従来コピー等に使用されるゴムローラの芯金は無垢丸棒
状のステンレスから構成されていた。しかして、この芯
金を製作するに当っては、表面を研寵するとともに切削
加工により両端の軸部な削り出していた。このように従
来のゴムローラによれば芯金としてステンレスを用いる
ものであるため、材料が極めて高価であるとともに削り
出しによって生産されるため材料の浪費が多く、量産に
適しているとは言えずコストが極めて高いのが同一であ

方の芯金3の端部3aには凹部がそれぞれ形成され、こ
の凸部及び凹部との圧入嵌合によつて芯金1が形成され

ましく、このような手段により被覆した場合には特に接
着剤を用いずともゴム管6を芯金1外周に強固に密着固

その製作は極めて容易であるとともに、アルミニウム或
いは亜鉛等を素材として芯金を構成夛るものであるから
その材料費も極めて安く、また切削加工等を要しないた
めに材料の浪費がなく極めて量産に達し、従って、この
種芯金を極あてロウコストに生産出来る等の効果を有す

イプ状の芯金をその&tば中央部において分割形成する
とともに、一方の分割芯金の端部に凸部を他方の端部に
凹部を形成し、この凸部、凹部の圧入嵌合によりて芯金
を一体形成するとともに上記芯金両端部を絞り加工によ
り絞って一体に軸部を突出形成し、かつ、この輪部外周
にステンレスパイプを圧入嵌合せしめたことを特徴とす
