[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention provides a method for supplying a predetermined number of sheets to a feeding area of an automatic feeding device such as a paper feeding device that can feed thin plate-shaped workpieces such as paper one sheet at a time to a processing machine such as a printing machine. The present invention relates to a replenishing device for replenishing a group of replenishing workpieces formed by stacking workpieces.

For example, when a large number of sheets of paper are to be printed continuously by a printing machine, a predetermined number of sheets of paper are fed in layers to the feeding area of a paper feeding device such as a stream feeder attached to the printing machine. Then, a paper feeding device continuously supplies paper to be printed to the single-sheet printing machine, and a predetermined number of new papers to be printed are replenished into the supply action area according to the paper feeding situation. However, in the past, such replenishment work was performed manually every time the printing paper in the supply area was completely consumed.

In addition, the replenishment work is extremely troublesome as it is necessary to align the edges of the group of printing papers to be replenished, and especially when the printing paper is thick such as cardboard, the replenishment work must be done frequently. This means that the workers have to carry out the work in a very harsh manner.

Note that this kind of problem occurs not only when printing a single sheet of paper, but also when printing thin plate-like workpieces using various processing machines, such as the board punching process using a punching machine or the vinyl pulling process using a vinyl drawing machine. The same problem occurs in the processing process.

We provide a new replenishment device for thin plate-shaped workpieces that automatically replenishes the automatic supply device for workpieces as described above, thereby forcing the operator to perform troublesome replenishment work. This is intended to enable efficient continuous machining using various processing machines without causing problems.

In the figure, 1 is a printing machine, and 2 is a known paper feeding device such as a stream feeder that is biased to the rear of the printing machine 1. This paper feeding device 2 has a rectangular cover with an appropriate number of sheets in its feeding area 2a. When the printing papers 3, 3, etc. are supplied in layers, the suction port 6 descends and sucks the topmost printing paper 3, and at the same time, a strong wind is sent from the air outlet (not shown) behind the suction port 6. After separating it from the lower printing paper 3 (FIG. 3F), the suction port 6 moves forward and transfers it to the transfer band 7 (FIG. H) It is done as follows.

Note that the replenishing device according to the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and may include, for example, a mounting table 9. By positioning the lifting mechanism 10 and the take-out mechanism 11 at a lower position by an amount corresponding to the amount of descent of the first transfer band 23, the first transfer band 23
It is also possible to fix it at a position corresponding to the delivery position without raising or lowering it, and furthermore, the first transport belt 23 can be eliminated and the replenishment printed paper group 4 can be moved to the second transport belt 2 by the take-out mechanism 11.
4 can also be supplied directly.

As is clear from the above description, according to the thin plate-like workpiece replenishing device of the present invention, the workpiece is fed to an automatic feeding device such as a paper feeder attached to a processing machine such as a printing machine. Since it can be continuously and automatically replenished without requiring troublesome replenishment work, the machining efficiency of the 7IO machine can be improved and the intended purpose can be achieved.

Furthermore, according to the replenishing device of the present invention, the transport mechanism, particularly the holding roller group, replenishes the replenishment workpiece group under the lower surface of the workpiece group remaining in the supply action area, that is, the remaining workpiece group. This allows a new group of workpieces to be replenished while the workpieces remain in the supply action area, and the replenishment is carried out at a position that does not interfere with the supply action of the automatic feeder. Therefore, the above-mentioned feeding action is not hindered by replenishing the group of workpieces, and the workpieces can be continuously and efficiently fed to the processing machine by the automatic feeding device.

In other words, the supply paper group, which is the group of replenishing workpieces, is fed between the bottom surface of the remaining paper group, which is the remaining workpiece group, and each holding roller that has been lowered to the standby position, so that the holding rollers do not reach the standby position. By being lowered, the remaining paper group portion, which cannot be directly held by the holding roller, does not bend downward, but remains fixed as it is with the supply paper group held under the lower surface. It will continue to be held in position and therefore good replenishment will occur even in the case of thin paper.

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] A replenishment workpiece consisting of a predetermined number of workpieces layered in a feeding area of an automatic feeding device capable of supplying thin plate-like workpieces one by one to an appropriate processing machine. A replenishment device for replenishing a group of workpieces, which includes a mounting table on which a large number of workpieces are placed in a layered manner, an elevating mechanism for raising and lowering the mounting table, and storage materials placed and stored on the mounting table. a take-out mechanism that takes out the replenishment workpiece group from the workpiece group; a transfer mechanism that transports the replenishment workpiece group taken out by the take-out mechanism to the supply action area; and a replenishment workpiece group in the transfer section by the transfer mechanism. The transfer mechanism includes a group of holding rollers that are arranged in parallel in the transfer direction of the supply workpiece group directly below the supply action area and that can be raised and lowered individually. When the number of remaining workpieces remaining in the supply action area reaches a predetermined amount due to the feeding action of the automatic feeding device, this group of holding rollers connects the lower surface of the group of remaining workpieces with each of the holding rollers. In order to allow the replenishment workpiece group to enter in a packed manner one after another, each holding roller is sequentially lowered in the entry direction to a standby position corresponding to the lower surface of the replenishment workpiece group. A replenishing device for thin plate-like workpieces.
