Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 底面周辺を嵌合縁に形成した円形台状の容器本体と、上
    記嵌合縁に嵌り込む周壁をカバープレート下に一対に有
    し、容器本体の底面とカバープレートとの間にウェハー
    収容スペースを形成するカバーとからなり、かつ容器本
    体は嵌合縁内側にウェハーの縁部と接する所要数の支持
    片を放射状に備え、その各支持片の外端部は先端を内方
    へ切曲してウェハーとの当接片となし接線方向の可動片
    と一体に連結され、上記カバーの周壁内側には各可動片
    に臨む位置ごとに突起を設け、該突起により各可動片を
    つれぞれ内方へ押圧してウェハー縁部に当接片を圧接し
    、上記支持片と当接片とによりウェハーを縁部にて保持
    固定してなるウェハー容器。
