部材の該嵌挿部を前記軸方向に摺動可能に嵌挿し、該外
側管状部材の下端と上部の面突縁部によって形成される
凹溝部に前記バンドを収納するとともに該外側管状部材
の左右両端近傍の両側には該バンドの左右両端を係止す
るための係止部を設けた突起を設け、前記内側管状部材
