まみを最初に手でわずか回動させてやるだけであとはバ
ネ力で自ずと而も瞬時に所定角度位置まで変角できるよ
うにし、もって自動車走行時の操作性の安全性を計り、
併せて変角操作時の力が既設ルームミラーに波及するの
を防止させ、該ミラーが動くことによる□ラーと視線と
の相対関係のくずれを防止せんとするものである。
