【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明はバイアルを自動的に押し込むことのできる凍
結乾燥庫に関する。従来アンプル又はバイアル等の容器

トレーに収容し、このトレーを凍結乾燥庫内の棚に設置
し乾燥を行なっている。この作業方法は容器をトレーへ
入れたシ又取シ出したシする作業を伴なう上、多数のト
レーを必要とする。しかも、このトレーの洗浄、滅菌作
業が必要である等、人手、スペース、トレー費用及びト
レーと棚とのこすれによる庫内汚染静穏々の問題点があ
る。

に固定されているピストン杆9を押し出しバイアルを棚
の上に順次押し出すものである。第1図に示す如く枠7
はまずコンベア2上に位置し、コンベア上を移送されて
来た容器は順次枠内に入シ、棚5の巾一杯に所要本数が
枠内に入れば、ストッパー8が前進して次の容器を辿ぎ
シ、シリンダ4によシピストン杆?、即ち枠7が庫内に
前進し、−列の容器を庫内の棚上の一番奥まで入れ、所
定位置に達したら、第2図に示す如く所定位置にある枠
7′はシリンダ4とともに上方に持ち上げら、れ、7′
の位置にゆき、引き戻されてコンベア上の7Mの位置に
ゆき、そこでコンベア上に降シて来る。そこでストッパ
ー8が引き抜かれ次の列の抑圧作動が再開される。
