Claims (1)
の切削刃の近傍に往復動する移動架台を設け、更に移動
架台上には「さく」の保持部を形成し、この保持部にお
いて「さく」を移動架台の戻り行程毎に−ピツチずつ送
り出すようにした解凍魚肉の切削装置において切削刃の
後方にコンベヤ。 を走行させ、切削刃とコンベヤとに臨むフレーム上に支
軸を回転自在に装着し、又、支軸に横軸を装着すると共
に振り出し板をその側面のほぼ中央において横軸に回動
自在に支持し、一方、振り出し板全体に切削刃側への偏
寄傾向を吋与し、常時は振り出し板を切削刃の背後に装
着した停止板に当接させてその前縁を切削刃の直ぐ後ろ
に位置させ、又、振り出し板には横軸を中心として下部
が上部より前方へ迫り出すような傾斜傾向をは与すると
共に支軸又は横軸に規制部材を固着してこの傾斜角度を
規制し、更に支軸には「さく」より切り離した「切り身
」をコンベヤ上に振り出す位置まで振り出し板を回動さ
せる回動機構を連結し、且つ、回動機構は移動架台が戻
り工程に入ると殆ど同時に作動を開始するように設定し
たことを特徴とする解凍魚肉の切削装置における「切り
身」の整列装置。 2 振り出し板の最大振り出し位置の僅か手前に振り出
し板の下縁に当接する突起を突出形成した特許請求の範
囲第1項記載の解凍魚肉の切削装置における「切り身」
の整列装置。 3 振り出し板の作用面に剥離突起を突設し、又、孔を
穿設した特許請求の範囲第1項、第2項記載の解凍魚肉
の切削装置における「切り身」の整列装置。[Scope of Claims] 1. In addition, the swinging plate is given an inclination tendency such that the lower part projects forward from the upper part about the horizontal axis, and a regulating member is fixed to the support shaft or the horizontal axis to regulate this inclination angle. Furthermore, a rotation mechanism is connected to the spindle to rotate the swinging plate to a position where the "fillets" separated from the "fillet" are shaken out onto the conveyor, and the rotation mechanism is connected to the rotating mechanism when the movable frame enters the return process.
