PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a strain upon low and high temperature as well as a sharp edge upon receiving a shock by a method wherein a finisher is provided with a long hole, in which the finisher can be moved into horizontal direction, at the wheeler side end thereof. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature of the steering wheel becomes high or low, the elongation or contraction of the finisher 11 becomes large since there is a difference between the linear expansion coefficients of the spoke finisher 11 made of a synthetic resin and a core 2 made of a metal, however, the elongation and/or contraction can be absorbed by the long hole 16 provided at the supporting part 12.
