In recent years, from the perspective of disaster prevention, as shown in Figure 1, in order to prevent the oil from the pressure relief device from scattering around when the pressure is released in the event of an accident,
A structure is adopted in which a pressure relief device 2 of an oil-filled electric appliance 1 is connected to an oil drain tank 4 via an oil drain pipe 3.

In the case of this structure, when releasing oil, it is necessary to exhaust gas such as air containing decomposed gas of oil in the drain oil tank 4 to the outside, and the connection part 5 between the drain oil pipe 3 and the drain oil tank 4 must be connected. First, an exhaust hole is provided.

As shown in detail in FIG. 2, the drain oil pipe 3 that communicates with the pressure relief device 2 is open at its lower end, while the relatively short pipe 7.6 that communicates with and is fixed to the drain oil tank 14 is connected to the drain oil tank 14. The oil drain pipe 3 is opened at the upper end and inserted into the iron pipe 6 so that its lower end has an appropriate gap with the upper end of the pipe 6, and the upper end of the pipe 6 is attached to the lower end outside the lower end of the oil drain pipe 3. It is surrounded by an open cylindrical body 7 with an appropriate gap.

Therefore, the present invention was devised based on a novel idea with the aim of providing a pressure relief device for oil-filled electrical appliances that eliminates the drawbacks of the above-mentioned conventional technology. The lower end of the oil drain pipe extends from the pressure relief device, and the lower end of the oil drain pipe is opened at the lower end so that there is a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the lower end of the pipe and the inner peripheral surface of the pipe that communicates with the oil drain tank and whose upper end is open. In the case where the pipe is inserted into at least the upper end of the pipe, a plurality of studs are installed surrounding the iron pipe on the upper plate of the drain oil tank with which the pipe is communicated and fixed, or on the lower flange attached to the iron pipe. A short pipe that surrounds the upper end of the pipe with a gap inside the stud is fixed to the upper flange, which has a mounting hole for the stud and an insertion hole for the oil drain pipe in the center, and the upper flange is fixed. The oil drain pipe is screwed onto the stud and inserted into the insertion hole of the upper 7 langes.

That is, the upper flange 11 is provided with a mounting hole 14 on the outer periphery into which the stud 10 can be inserted, and an insertion hole 13 in the center into which the oil drain pipe 3 can be inserted. The short pipe 12 has a larger diameter than the pipe 6 by a predetermined dimension, and a smaller diameter than the circumferential diameter of the attachment hole 14.

As shown in the figure, in this case, the pipe 6A that communicates with and is fixed to the oil drain tank is an oil drain pipe that is longer than the pipe 6 and similar to the oil drain pipe 3, and its end is swollen to have a larger diameter than the oil drain pipe 3. The shape of the cup portion 6B is the same.

Therefore, in order to narrow the gap without blocking the gas flow, it is possible to drill many small through holes in the short tube 12 and bring the lower end of the short tube 12 into contact with or very close to the upper plate 4A or the lower flange 16. Effective.

As described above in detail with the embodiments, according to the present invention, the oil drain pipe can be supported and fixed to the oil drain tank via the stud provided for drain oil inspection and the upper flange. There is no need to support and fix the pipe with material, and even if the oil-filled electrical appliance is covered with a radiator, etc., the oil drain pipe can be fixed freely without having to worry about selecting the part to attach the support material or the part to attach the radiator, etc.

Furthermore, the insertion position of the oil drain pipe is automatically determined by simply fixing the upper flange to the stud, so there is no need for centering adjustment work between the oil drain pipes.

In addition, the vertical dimensions of the oil drain pipe can be easily adjusted by sliding the oil drain pipe up and down within the insertion hole. However, even if the oil drain pipe is slightly tilted due to the installation location of the pressure relief device, etc., the studs on the upper flange can be easily adjusted. It can be easily supported and fixed by simply adjusting the mounting position with a nut.
