Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the concentration of stress on a film member by a method in which the ends of a film are made into two-sheet form, a steel plate is put between the sheeted part and bonded with the sheet part, and the film is fitted to the foundation with a presser fixture. CONSTITUTION:The ends of a film 1, e.g., rubber cloth 31, etc., are made into two-sheet form without bonding, a steel plate 27, e.g., synthetic resin-coated plate, etc., is put between the sheeted parts 22 and 22' and bonded with each other, and the film is vulcanized and bonded to the foundation. The sheeted parts 22 and 22' and the steel plate 27 are fixed through an anchor bolt 28 projected from the foundation 2 by means of a presser fixture 29 and a nut 30. Thus, the force acting on the film 1 is transmitted through the adhesive 25 to the steel plate 27 and supported by the hooking force of the steel plate 27 on the bolt 28. Thus, no stress concentration takes place on the fitting part of the film.
