Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure air-tightness and water-tightness of a flexible film as well as protect the flexible film from concentration of stress by a method in which the end of the flexible film is made into a cylindrical form, and a steel plate is put into the inside of the cylindrical part and fitted with a presser fixture. CONSTITUTION:Ends of a fitting part 1 are doubled into a cylindrical form, a bolt hole 24 and a notch (not illustrated) are provided in the cylindrical part 22, and a steel plate 27 with a bolt hole is inserted through the notched part into the cylindrical part 22 of a film. The cylindrical part 22 and the steel plate 27 are fixed through an anchor bolt 28 projecting from the foundation by means of a presser fixture 29 and a nut 30. Thus, although a hole is drilled in the film at the fitting part 1, the fixing force acting on the film is transmitted through the cylindrical part to the steel plate and supported by the hooking force of the steel plate 27 on the bolt.
