PURPOSE:To wash easily a rolling mill without discharging contaminated washing liquid to the outside of the rolling mill in the stage of washing the rolling mill by carrying a washing carriage provided with various devices into the housing of the rolling mill, closing the carriage with closing plates and washing the mill. CONSTITUTION:A washing carriage 6 which is provided with closing plates 13, 14 on both sides and has an injection header 10 for high pressure water, a brushing device 11, holes 12 for ejection of dry air and a header 22 for ejection of hot water is operated on rails 5 with a cylinder 15 and is put into housings 1, 2 in order to wash the dirt such as the oil, iron powder or the like sticking to a skin pass rolling mill or the like. 洗滌している。しかしながら、圧延油のカスや鉄粉が多
量にあらゆる部品装置に付着しているので、多大な時間
をかけて洗い落とさねばならず、さらに、油脂分につい
ては、温水全同時に噴き付けて洗い、温風にて乾燥させ
、最後は確認検査と併せて一部分手拭きしなければなら
ず、その結果、ミル稼動率の低下をきたすとともに、作
業者を多数要するという問題があった。しかも、このよ
うに、多大なる時間、多くの作業者を必要とする他、油
汚れ、鉄粉等の噴き流し作業のため、衛生上、安全上も
好ましくないという問題も6つ走。

ルを使って洗滌台車をハウジング内に搬入する事により

固定された源よりケーブルおよび可撓管により、電源や
各種洗滌液が接続、供給されるようになっている。
