Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent freezing effectively by a method wherein an insulating material is arranged around a header. CONSTITUTION:The upper outer peripheral part of a header 4 for the main frame 2 of a heat collector is covered by an insulating material 6 and the header 4 is mounted below a blind plate 7 shielding from the upper opening part of the main frame 2. The outer peripheral part of the header 4 is also covered by the insulating material 6 by attaching it to the inner surfaces of the side and bottom walls of the main frame 2. According to this method, the header 4 may be kept warm and a damage due to the freeze of the header may be prevented.

This type of solar heat collector usually has a structure in which a plurality of heat collecting pipes 3 arranged in a vertical direction are incorporated into a heat insulating structure O main body 1 covered with a transparent material 1 such as a transparent glass plate, as shown in FIG. The temperature of the heat medium flowing through the heat collecting pipe 3 is raised to 0m by sunlight. In addition, in the figure, 5 is a heat insulating material stretched on the inner surface of the bottom wall and side wall of the heat collector body 2, respectively.

In such a solar heat collector, the heat medium inside the header part 4Fi connected to both ends of the heat collecting vibrator 30 and communicating with the passage in the heat collecting pipe 3 freezes in winter or the like. especially,
Because the heat collector is installed at an angle on the roof of the building,
The part of the header located on the lower part of the slope is more likely to freeze than the part on the upper part.

Incidentally, the header part 4 is usually formed with a thinner inner surface to save material, and since many of the Q heat collecting pipes 3 are frozen, the strength is weak, and the header part 4 is not easily destroyed by the freezing. There is also a risk of it getting lost.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and aims to provide a solar heat collector that effectively prevents freezing and eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks by covering a portion of the circumference of the header with a heat insulating material. There is something to be said.

以下、本発明の一実施例を第2図に基づいて説明する。Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIG. 2.

That is, in the figure, 6 is a heat insulating material that covers the outer periphery of the upper part of the header part 4, and is a 0-mesh hiding plate T provided at a position above the header part 40 from the top open part of the heat collector body 2 from two people. It is attached to the bottom of the. Reference numeral 5 denotes a heat insulating material attached to the inner surface of the side wall and the inner surface of the bottom wall of the heat collector body 2, which covers the outer periphery of the lower part of the header part 4 (a).
