8 and 2 will be explained. In FIG. 1, l is the elevator car, 2 is a side wall of the car, 3 is a door that opens and closes the entrance to the car 1, and 4 is the floor of the car. The side wall 2 of the car room I is constituted by a plurality of side wall panels 5, and as shown in FIG. A top plate 6 bent at a right angle to the center 11II of the panel 5, a portion 7a that is in close contact with the back side of the top plate 6, and a portion 7b where a rectangular space 8 is formed by dovetailing from the first surface of the top plate 6J. '(ll- With the square corrugated reinforcing plate 7 provided intermittently,
It is fixed by welding or gluing.

In order to sufficiently ensure the degree of gi of the portion 6b, it is necessary to increase the number of irregularities on the reinforcing plate 7 and reduce the width dimension W of the portion 6b of the top plate 6 that is separated from the reinforcing plate 7. However, in this case, the strength of the reinforcing plate itself increases due to the force increasing openings of the unevenness of the reinforcing plate 7, and there is a drawback that sufficient densification cannot be expected. In addition, since the portion 6b at the center of the top plate 6 that is recessed from the reinforcing plate 7 has a thin veneer structure, the panel 50
It also had drawbacks such as loss of solidity and anti-vibration properties.

いる。This invention aims to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and by enclosing a highly hard and lightweight filler in the interwall area formed between the top plate and the reinforcing plate, the overall rigidity of the panel is improved. The strength of the reinforcing plate of the top plate and the resting area is high, and the solidity and vibration-proofing properties are not impaired.
The aim is to provide lightweight elevator panels.

The filler 9 is a hard, lightweight, non-combustible material such as one made by internally injecting foam such as aggregate or epoxy resin foam, and is solidly layered on the top plate 2 and the reinforcing plate. The configuration of this embodiment other than that described above is shown in FIG.

□ In the above embodiment, the side wall panel of the elevator car was explained, but the elevator panel according to the present invention is not limited to the side wall panel, but can also be used for the ceiling panel of the car room,
It can also be applied to door panels and even elevator landing door panels.

By welding or gluing the reinforcing plates installed intermittently on the front panel, we filled the space with a highly hard and dense filler, so that the parts that are considered to be reinforcing plates on the front panel, especially the center of the panel, The overall rigidity of the panel and the strength of the part of the top plate that is not connected to the reinforcing plate can be increased without reducing the width W of the part of the top plate that is separated from the reinforcing plate, that is, the width W of the veneer part. Even if a thin-walled one is used, sufficient strength can be secured, and the stiffness of the part of the reinforcing plate that forms the space away from the back of the top plate is increased by the filler, so it is possible to make the reinforcing plate thinner. "T li"U, and therefore the panel can be quantified, and furthermore, it is possible to prevent the vibration-proofing properties of the panel from being impaired and the loss of its solidity due to the inclusion of the filler.
